<div>The Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Training Intern will support the development and delivery of training programs across all QSR Brands. This role will assist in creating engaging learning materials, coordinating training sessions, and gathering feedback to improve employee onboarding and operational excellence. Throughout the internship program you will gain hands-on experience in instructional design, facilitation, and restaurant operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Assist in the design and development of training materials supporting QSR team members.</li><li>
Support the coordination and scheduling of training sessions across multiple restaurant locations.</li><li>
Observe and document training sessions to provide feedback and suggest improvements.</li><li>
Collaborate with Field Training, Restaurant Experience, Food Safety and Marketing teams to ensure</li><li>
training aligns with brand standards.</li><li>
Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new training initiatives.</li><li>
Conduct research on industry best practices and competitor training programs.</li><li>
Provide administrative support for training-related projects and initiatives.</li></ul>
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>
Minimum: Currently pursuing a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Hospitality, Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.</li><li>
Preferred: Previous experience in a restaurant or retail environment.</li></ul>

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li><li>
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.</li><li>

QSR Training Development Intern - Summer 2026

<div>Business Consultants are responsible for an assigned portfolio of Franchisees. They collaborate with Franchisees to set and achieve-or-exceed goals for their networks to drive the business in the areas of sales, profits, and network growth. To accomplish this, Business Consultants will focus on coaching and influencing Franchise organizations in their delivery of consistent and safe brand experience, same-store comp growth, and (where applicable) organizational preparation for additional unit growth.
Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Achieve the operations and business performance goals for their portfolio of Franchisees, as set by their regional operations leader.</li><li>
Facilitate Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review process with Franchisees to assess performance based on previous goals and commitments, and to align on future goals and commitments. Align priority areas with Franchisee to drive the business in sales, profitability and network growth, while delivering a safe and consistent brand experience. Develop plan to coach Franchisee, through regular check-ins, to follow-through on commitments.</li><li>
Track and review on-going data and analytics to guide Franchisee actions toward their goals, commitments, and plans. Interpret data to provide coaching and recommendations on priorities for Franchisee to address. Follow up on Franchisee commitments and monitor data to check progress.</li><li>
Support Franchisees in understanding the processes for remodeling and building new restaurants. Align with the construction team and the Franchisee, monitor the milestones, and hold the Franchisee accountable to ensure that completed facilities meet required operational specifications. Provide support during all remodel and new store openings.</li><li>
Facilitate communications between Franchisee and applicable cross-functional partners based on Franchisee&rsquo;s individual goals and opportunities in pursuit of safe and consistent brand experience, same-store growth, and preparations for unit growth</li><li>
Participate and work &ldquo;as-needed&rdquo; with the Field Marketing Team on updates for operations initiatives and new marketing product and promotion rollouts. Monitor and support the execution of local, DMA and regional marketing plans.</li><li>
Perform evaluations on restaurants as-needed based on the Franchisee Business Review process or other indicators</li><li>
Partner with Field Training Team to coordinate training support to the franchisee.</li><li>
Ensure the effective use of G&amp;A expenses within parameters set by regional leads.</li><li>
Complete all responsible administrative functions and requirements of the position in a timely manner.</li></ul>

Salary<ul><li>
$94,645 - $185,786 per year</li></ul>
The salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location.
