Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment through the implementation of an Emergent Curriculum.</li><li>
Support children's emotional, physical, and cognitive development while maintaining a safe and healthy classroom environment.</li><li>
Engage with parents and families, providing support and communication about their child's progress.</li><li>
Collaborate with professionals and support children with their specialized needs as necessary.</li><li>
Maintain documentation and records, ensuring compliance with state regulations.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
High School Diploma and documented experience working with children.</li><li>
Associates Degree, CDA or ECE Degree Preferred</li><li>
Clear background checks and up-to-date health assessments.</li><li>
Strong communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>
Ability to take initiative and problem-solve effectively.</li></ul>
