<div>What You&rsquo;ll Do:
The Retail Loan Officer is responsible for continually identifying, developing, and maintaining a quality network of business relationships. This role will ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, demonstrating a commitment to professional ethics, and complying with all Federal and State compliance policies and requirements.
Your key responsibilities include:<ul><li>
Analyze financial and credit data, determine customer financing objectives, advise customers of product/pricing policies and guidelines, and gather additional information.</li><li>
Collect and evaluate each applicant&rsquo;s financial information and assess the applicant&rsquo;s financial circumstances to determine whether the applicant and the property qualify for a particular loan. Assist the applicant in identifying a mortgage loan appropriate for their circumstances.</li><li>
Determine if the applicant has a reasonable ability to repay and that the mortgage loan helps borrowers achieve their financial goals, including homeownership.</li><li>
Advise the potential borrower about the risks and benefits of the loan alternatives, including the options and variables involved.</li><li>
Demonstrate the highest professionalism and customer service.</li><li>
Perform other duties as needed or assigned.</li><li>

What You Have: 
<ul><li>
Proven sales skills.</li><li>
Exceptional communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to negotiate and speak confidently regarding loan products, rates, and conditions.</li><li>
Ability to handle confidential information.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Applications, loan origination systems, and automated underwriting systems, Encompass a plus.</li></ul>
Your Education and Experience:<ul><li>
A bachelor&rsquo;s degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.</li><li>
3-5 years of origination experience.</li><li>
Active MLO license in the State of residency required AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, NC, NV, UT, SC, TX, WA (*AL, IN, KY, LA, MI, OH, TN* also preferred but not currently required)</li><li>
Colorado location Preferred</li></ul>

Compensation: Century Communities (the &quot;Company&quot;) intends to offer the selected candidate an hourly rate in the range of $11.54 unless minimum wage is higher: (AZ $14.70, CA $16.50, CO $14.81, FL $14.00, WA $16.66/hourly) with the potential for other financial incentives. Actual offers will be based on a variety of factors, including experience. Employees will have access to paid time off, medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and the Company's 401(k) plan.
