Overview

This job description is meant to serve only as a guideline. The Creative Lead shapes and elevates Inspire&rsquo;s visual and brand presence across all platforms. This role combines creative strategy, design execution, and web development to ensure Inspire&rsquo;s brand is consistently expressed with excellence and innovation. The Creative Lead will be responsible for developing and maintaining Inspire&rsquo;s digital and physical creative identity, enhancing engagement through brand storytelling, and leading new creative initiatives that reflect the company&rsquo;s mission and values. This role collaborates closely with the marketing, communications, and executive teams to develop campaigns, website experiences, and visual materials that strengthen Inspire&rsquo;s brand and expand its reach. 
Key Responsibilities

Brand &amp; Creative Strategy
<ul>
<li>Develop and oversee creative concepts that align with Inspire&rsquo;s mission and branding standards.</li>
<li>Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints, including digital, print, and environmental design.</li>
<li>Partner with leadership to refine and evolve Inspire&rsquo;s brand voice, visual identity, and messaging.</li>
<li>Conceptualize new creative strategies to expand audience engagement and brand awareness.</li>
</ul>
Web Development &amp; Digital Experience
<ul>
<li>Manage and update Inspire&rsquo;s websites, ensuring seamless functionality, accuracy, and an exceptional user experience.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors on UX/UI improvements, landing page optimization, and visual enhancements.</li>
<li>Implement new web features, integrations, and creative design elements that support marketing and growth objectives.</li>
</ul>
Design &amp; Content Creation
<ul>
<li>Produce visually compelling materials including digital ads, social media assets, presentations, event collateral, and video graphics.</li>
<li>Support company-wide creative needs for campaigns, events, and communications.</li>
<li>Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging design technologies to improve creative efficiency and impact.</li>
</ul>
Brand Development &amp; Innovation
<ul>
<li>Identify and implement creative trends, tools, and best practices to keep Inspire&rsquo;s visual presence modern and effective.</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure the Inspire brand is represented consistently across teams, products, and initiatives.</li>
<li>Develop creative systems, templates, and style guides to maintain design excellence and scalability.</li></ul> 


Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.</li>
<li>3&ndash;5 years of professional experience in creative design, branding, or web development.</li>
<li>Proven ability to translate brand strategy into engaging creative concepts.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design software.</li>
<li>Experience with web development platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS).</li>
<li>Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and visual communication.</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Ability to balance creative vision with strategic business objectives.</li>
<li>Passionate about faith-based work and mission-driven storytelling.</li></ul>
