We're looking for a Team Leader to join our Scarborough Resettlement and Community Safety Scheme (RACS). Working closely with the Service Manager, you'll lead and support a team delivering high-quality, trauma-informed and person-centred support to people with complex needs, helping them build safer, more independent futures.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading, motivating and supporting a dedicated team.
• Overseeing referrals, risk assessments, support plans and safeguarding concerns.
• Providing supervision, coaching and development opportunities for staff.
• Building strong partnerships with housing providers, local authorities and other agencies.
• Managing day-to-day service delivery, rotas and performance monitoring.
• Supporting service quality, health and safety, and continuous improvement.
• Deputising for the Service Manager when required and participating in the on-call rota.

What we're looking for:

• Someone who has experience leading or supervising a team.
• Can build positive relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Understands safeguarding, risk management and working with vulnerable people.
• Has knowledge of trauma-informed and person-centred approaches.
• Is organised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities.
• Communicates confidently with clients, colleagues and partner agencies.
• Is passionate about equality, inclusion and helping people achieve their goals.
• Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle for work.
• Experience or knowledge of housing, homelessness, criminal justice, mental health or related support services would be advantageous.
