 A private family office is looking for an accomplished and experienced Personal Assistant to work directly with HNWIs, supporting both personal and business needs.
 
 
 
 
 
 This is a fast-paced role with plenty of variety, perfectly suited for a smart, sharp, dynamic, and self-motivated individual. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years&rsquo; experience in a PA role having worked for HNW individuals/families before.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Carry out administrative duties including budgeting, petty cash management, bill payments and maintaining records where needed;
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain office systems, including data management and filing;
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle travel arrangements &ndash; hotels, flights, visas, airport meet &amp; greets and transfers etc;
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce itineraries, research documents, reports and presentations;
 </li>
 <li>
 Organise various appointments &ndash; medical, personal and professional;
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage medical insurance and other personal memberships;
 </li>
 <li>
 Personal shopping and errands &ndash; in person and online;
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage bookings, reservations, online transactions;
 </li>
 <li>
 Organise gifts, bouquets, cards etc;
 </li>
 <li>
 Send calendar invites and reminders;
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan, organise and coordinate events and parties. Liaise with event organisers, caterers etc;
 </li>
 <li>
 Greet and look after guests and visitors;
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with family&rsquo;s house staff, group offices and other PAs;
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing routine enquiries;
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage junior office staff (drivers, cleaner);
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain the condition of the office, general housekeeping;
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain stationery and equipment inventory;
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist other family members and company representatives as and when requested
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 REQUIREMENTS
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 10-15 yrs min experience as a PA / EA, with 5 yrs working with a HNWI family
 </li>
 <li>
 Team player with a flexible, positive and helpful attitude;
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organised; Attention to detail; Time management;
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent business communication;
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical skills;
 </li>
 <li>
 Research &amp; investigation skills;
 </li>
 <li>
 Problem solving skills;
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiation skills;
 </li>
 <li>
 Tech savvy (Mac, Windows, MS Office).
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional, responsible, trustworthy, discreet and dedicated;
 </li>
 <li>
 Result oriented and comes with strong integrity &amp; ethics;
 </li>
 <li>

 </li>
 <li>

 </li>
 <li>

 </li>

 Experience in property maintenance, relocations and fit-outs is preferred;
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous UAE work experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Must hold a valid UAE driving licence
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Salary: AED 25,000 / month.
 
 
 
 
 
 Location: JLT.
