Overview This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive mental health services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and develop personalized treatment plans to empower clients on their journey toward wellness. Our practice emphasizes a collaborative environment where your expertise makes a meaningful difference every day.Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems to accurately determine client needs.</li><li>Deliver individual, and/or family counseling sessions employing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, DBT, and EMDR .</li><li>Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management protocols to ensure client safety and stability during emergencies.</li><li>Utilize telehealth platforms to provide remote therapy sessions, maintaining HIPAA compliance and secure medical documentation practices.</li><li>Manage case documentation meticulously, including progress notes, treatment plans, medical records, and behavioral health reports in accordance with HIPAA standards.</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for case management, patient care coordination, and research initiatives related to behavioral health and clinical research projects.</li><li>Apply specialized skills in working with children with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), special education needs, and geriatrics as appropriate.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven expertise in psychotherapy techniques across diverse populations and settings.</li><li>Strong knowledge of motivational interviewing, crisis management, behavior management, and addiction counseling strategies.</li><li>Experience working with children and adolescents in outpatient or inpatient settings; familiarity with pediatrics and Geriatrics a plus.</li><li>Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations using ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10) for accurate clinical documentation.</li><li>Skilled in providing trauma-informed care for clients with PTSD or grief issues; experience with chronic pain counseling is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in telehealth platforms combined with excellent medical terminology understanding for seamless remote service delivery.</li><li>Competency in social work principles, patient assessment techniques, and clinical research methodologies related to mental health care.
