Your Role: As a childcare teacher with us, you&rsquo;ll play a pivotal role in shaping the futures of our little ones. Your days will be filled with laughter, learning, and endless opportunities to make a positive impact on children&rsquo;s lives.

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Child Development: Create exciting lesson plans and activities using Creative Curriculum that help our students grow physically, socially, and emotionally. You&rsquo;ll get to witness those &ldquo;aha&rdquo;: moments as they learn and explore.</li>
<li>Safety First: Our kids&rsquo; safety is our top priority. You&rsquo;ll ensure a secure, clean environment and keep a watchful eye on them during indoor and outdoor adventures.</li>
<li>Curriculum Fun: Get creative with our curriculum! We encourage you to bring your own flair while following our educational philosophy.</li>
<li>Friendship Building: Build strong connections with parents and guardians, keeping them in the loop about their child&rsquo;s progress and memorable moments through the Engagement App.</li>
<li>Team Spirit: Join our fantastic team of childcare professionals and work together to create a warm and caring atmosphere.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>1 year experience as a Lead Teacher</li>
<li>A passion for working with children and helping them flourish.</li>
<li>Great communication skills because we are all about building connections.</li>
<li>Patience, creativity, and an eagerness to be a part of a fantastic team</li>
<li>Experience with Creative Curriculum, NJGROW, NAEYC is a plus but not required</li>
<li>A background in Early Childhood Education or related fields is a plus but not required.</li>
<li>Ability to hold up to 40 lbs.</li>
<li>CPR/First Aid Certifications</li>
