3D Designer / Graphic Designer (Concept &amp; Production)About the RoleInspired Media is looking for a highly creative and technically skilled 3D Event &amp; Interior Designer to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.This role goes beyond visualization &mdash; you will be responsible for developing complete event and spatial concepts, presenting them to clients, and ensuring flawless execution from idea to on-ground implementation.If you are both creative and production-aware, and confident working directly with clients and suppliers, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Meet with clients to understand event objectives, themes, and brand positioning</li><li>Develop creative concepts for:</li><li>Corporate events &amp; gatherings</li><li>Exhibitions &amp; booths</li><li>Ramadan &amp; National events</li><li>Gift items &amp; activation concepts</li><li>Interior styling for temporary or permanent setups</li><li>Create high-quality 3D visuals and renders (interior &amp; event spaces)</li><li>Prepare professional presentation proposals for client approval</li><li>Modify and refine designs based on feedback</li><li>Prepare final production-ready drawings and files</li><li>Coordinate closely with:</li><li>Production team</li><li>Fabricators</li><li>Printing suppliers</li><li>Event setup teams</li><li>Communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure materials, finishes, and timelines match the design intent</li><li>Attend site visits and sometimes supervise on-ground installation to ensure the concept is executed correctly</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Arabic Communication</li><li>Background in Interior Design or Architecture</li><li>Strong 3D visualization skills (3ds Max / SketchUp / V-Ray / Corona / similar)</li><li>Good understanding of materials, production methods, and fabrication</li><li>Ability to prepare technical drawings for execution</li><li>Strong client communication skills</li><li>Experience in exhibitions, events, or booth design is a must</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines</li><li>Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail</li><li>Supplier negotiation &amp; coordination experience is a plus</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Creative thinker with strong conceptual skills</li><li>Production-aware (not just visual designer)</li><li>Confident presenter</li><li>Team player</li><li>Solution-oriented mindset</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Why Join Inspired Media?<ul><li>Work on high-profile government and corporate projects</li><li>Opportunity to lead concepts from start to finish</li><li>Creative freedom within a strong production environment</li><li>Growth potential within expanding divisions</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED7,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
