Accounts Manager &ndash; Key Responsibilities (Logistics Industry)<ul><li>Manage the complete Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) functions.</li><li>Monitor customer collections and ensure timely recovery of outstanding receivables.</li><li>Process vendor payments and maintain accurate supplier ledgers.</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Bank Reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.</li><li>Prepare and file Sales Tax returns in compliance with FBR regulations.</li><li>Calculate, deduct, deposit, and reconcile Withholding Tax (WHT) as per applicable tax laws.</li><li>Prepare monthly Profit &amp; Loss (P&amp;L) statements, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.</li><li>Maintain the General Ledger and ensure accurate month-end and year-end closing.</li><li>Monitor cash flow and prepare cash forecasts.</li><li>Verify customer invoices, freight billing, and transporter payments.</li><li>Ensure accurate recording of freight expenses, fuel costs, and other logistics-related transactions.</li><li>Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.</li><li>Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and financial analysis for management.</li><li>Develop and strengthen internal financial controls and accounting procedures.</li><li>Supervise and guide the Accounts team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.</li><li>Manage fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and statutory financial records.</li><li>Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.</li><li>Liaise with banks regarding payments, collections, financing facilities, and banking documentation.</li><li>Perform any other finance and accounting responsibilities assigned by management</li></ul>Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per monthWork Location: On the road
