Objectives of this role:&middot;Ensure all building facilities adhere to proper safety standards and cleaning procedures&middot; Maintain equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirements&middot; Organize and plan building installments and refurbishments&middot; Supervise facilities staff and communicate with external contractors and vendors&middot;Handle insurance contracts&middot; Keep building and all facilities up to code and accurately follow maintenance protocolResponsibilities:&middot; Delegate cleaning and maintenance responsibilities to team members&middot; Run routine maintenance inspections&middot; Monitor interior and exterior areas of building for cleanliness and general conservation&middot;Prepare and implement project budgets and timeframes&middot; Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures&middot; Support maintenance and installation work as neededSkills and qualifications:&middot; Advanced mechanical and plumbing skills&middot; Knowledge of HVAC and other building systems&middot; Ability to lift heavy objects and do other labor-intensive tasks&middot; Excellent time management and multitasking skills&middot; Basic understanding of accounting and finance principlesPreferred qualifications:&middot; Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential, or equivalent&middot; Experience planning and maintaining facility budgets&middot; Proven track record in managing large facilities (minimum 3-5 lakh sq. ft).&middot; Excellent verbal and written communication skills&middot; Professional leadership experience&middot; Contract handling experience&middot; Strong attention to detailJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
