This position will support human behavioral experiments and contribute to the development of next-generation virtual, augmented, and mixed reality experiences. The Researcher will work closely with a diverse team of researchers and engineers, leveraging cutting-edge technology, resources, and testing facilities.

 THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Stage, set up, and manage equipment and lab spaces for experiments at the data collection center
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise data collection, including obtaining informed consent, supervising experiment protocols, handling confidential data, and creating basic reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct literature reviews on various research topics as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with recruiting and scheduling experiment participants
 </li>
 <li>
 Review large volumes of data for quality issues and provide feedback for quality improvements
 </li>
 </ul>

 KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in psychology, cognitive science, HCI, or related fields
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, interpersonal, and personal management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience running behavioral experiments and collecting data
 </li>
 </ul>

 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

 Knowledge of human-computer interaction (HCI)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with data quality assessment and improvement
 </li>
