<b>The primary duties include lease administration and providing support to our branches in maintaining the real estate portfolio by analyzing market data and lease transactions to support business needs. Additionally, this position will maintain a master lease database and provide various management reports.</b></h5><br>

Real Estate Strategy and Portfolio Management:</b></h5>
<ul><li>Oversee the company&rsquo;s portfolio of properties (office, industrial, residential, etc.).</li>
<li>Maintain a detailed tracker of all active deals, ensuring all key dates relating to lease terms are met.
</li><li>Analyze and model financial components of a lease agreement to present to management.</li>
</ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Lease Management and Negotiation:</b></h5>
<ul><li>Assist with negotiating lease agreements, renewals, and amendments to achieve favorable terms for the organization.</li>
<li>Work closely with legal teams to ensure all lease documents comply with company policies and local laws.</li>
<li>Oversee lease administration and maintain accurate lease files and records.</li>
<li>Work closely with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate payment of lease obligations.</li>
</ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Facilities Management:</b></h5>
<ul><li><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Coordinate with branches to ensure that they have policies and procedures in place to ensure that they are meeting company standards as well as lease requirements relating to building maintenance and repairs.</b></h5>
</li></ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Market Research and Risk Management</b></h5>
<ul><li>Stay up to date on real estate market trends, local laws, and potential investment opportunities</li>
<li>Evaluate risks associated with real estate decisions, including market volatility, zoning laws, and long-term company growth</li>
<li>Analyze market data, including availability and comparable reports, to determine market rates nationwide.</li>
</ul><h5 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications:</b></h5>
<ul><li>A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in real estate, business, finance, or a related field is preferred.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical and written information.</li>
<li>Ability to understand real estate lease agreements and real estate transactions.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.</li>
<li>Willingness to learn corporate real estate management software (e.g. Lease Harbor, MRI, CoStar).</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members across departments</li></ul><br>

Real Estate Analyst

<p></p><div><p>Installed Building Products (IBP) is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Workers' Compensation Specialist to join our team. This is a hybrid role, and candidates must reside in<b> Columbus, Ohio,</b> to be considered.</p><br>
<p></p>
<p><b>
Key responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Administration of claims by working directly with the insurance company claims management team, injured workers, medical facilities, and branch locations.</li>
<li>Point of contact for company branch locations concerning workers&rsquo; compensation claims.</li>
<li>Maintain workers&rsquo; compensation database and claim files.</li>
<li>Assist with <b>OSHA</b> recordkeeping and accident investigations.</li>
<li>Participate in claim review meetings with the insurance broker and carrier.</li>
<li>Overnight travel for occasional meetings. (Optional)</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><br>

<p><b>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul>
<li><b>2-3 years of direct, hands-on experience managing workers' compensation claims is required.</b></li>
<li>Comprehensive knowledge of Workers&rsquo; Compensation laws and regulations; multi-state experience preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and communication skills.</li>
<li>Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.</li><br>
</ul>
<p><i>Candidates without direct workers compensaion claims experience will not be considered.</i></p><br>

This position is primarily sedentary and requires prolonged sitting, use of a computer and phone, and repetitive hand movements.
