 About the Role
 
 
 
 As a Business Development Associate - B2B, you will be the first point of contact with our valued partner shops. You will be responsible for identifying, selecting, and establishing partnerships with the best shops in each area, ensuring instashop&rsquo;s network grows with top-quality partners. By building and nurturing these relationships, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in supporting instashop&rsquo;s commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Day-to-Day Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Building and maintaining a comprehensive list of potential corporate offices and key contacts to maximize business outreach and new acquisitions
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifying and negotiating contracts to onboard new affiliate high volume clientele across regions, expanding instashop's network
 </li>
 <li>
 Fostering strong relationships with office managers, procurement personnel/managers, ensuring ongoing engagement and support
 </li>
 <li>
 Overseeing and facilitate the customer onboarding process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth launch
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and work to optimize the operational performance of corporate accounts
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting top-line growth initiatives for vendors within the portfolio
 </li>
 <li>
 Driving promo penetration across shops within your portfolio
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring competitor activities in the market and sharing relevant insights with internal teams to inform strategy
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifying opportunities for in-store branding and execute these initiatives within partner shops
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilizing instashop's services and providing constructive feedback to enhance the overall customer experience and services
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Key Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any other related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Commercial awareness and basic understanding of the technology landscape
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in business development, sales, or a similar role is a plus
 </li>

 About the role
 
 
 
 As a Personal Shopper Manager you will be responsible for leading the instashop personal shopping experience for our users regionally. This role will require an enthusiastic team player with strong management experience and a true expertise in problem solving along with the confidence to lead a team.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Day-to-Day Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Managing operations, identifying improvement areas, and implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction levels
 </li>
 <li>
 Leading and motivating the Personal Shopper team and pickers regionally
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing operational strategies and translating these into actionable tasks for the personal shopper team to enhance the user experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring and ensuring the SLAs and KPIs of the clients and the personal shopper team are fully met
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining an accurate database of penalties for personal shopper pickers
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring store-level complaints are managed effectively and immediately
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Key Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Solid experience in similar within the e-commerce industry, FMCG, fulfillment or supply chain
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in managing teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong English communication and preferably - Hindi/Urdu
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other MS tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent is preferred
 </li>

 </li>

 Developing and maintaining a comprehensive list of target shops and key contacts to maximize business outreach and new partnerships
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifying and negotiating profitable contracts with new affiliate shops, overseeing the onboarding process and ensuring smooth collaboration with cross-functional teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifying gaps in instashop's marketplace and creating actionable plans with clear timelines to ensure a competitive, diverse offering of brands
 </li>
 <li>
 Driving initiatives to strengthen relationships with shop management and ensure long-term, productive partnerships
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring operational metrics, provide actionable insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Taking ownership of the end-to-end account management process, including reporting and clear communication with line managers
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifying opportunities for growth in both top-line and non-commission revenue streams
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to stay informed and adjust strategies accordingly

 </li>

 Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales pipeline management
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent written and verbal English communication skills
