About the RoleAs a Commercial Associate, you will be the first point of contact with our valued partner shops. You will be responsible for identifying, selecting, and establishing partnerships with the best shops in each area, ensuring InstaShop&rsquo;s network grows with top-quality partners. By building and nurturing these relationships, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in supporting InstaShop&rsquo;s commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.Day-to-Day Responsibilities<ul><li>Building and maintaining a comprehensive list of potential partner shops and key contacts to maximize business outreach and new acquisitions</li><li>Identifying and negotiating contracts to onboard new affiliate shops across regions, expanding InstaShop&rsquo;s network</li><li>Fostering strong relationships with client store representatives/managers, ensuring ongoing engagement and support</li><li>Overseeing and facilitate the shop onboarding process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth launch</li><li>Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and work to optimize the operational performance of partner shops</li><li>Identifying and address gaps in product assortment and pricing relative to offline to ensure parity</li><li>Generating non-commission revenue from vendors by identifying opportunities for additional business</li><li>Supporting top-line growth initiatives for vendors within the portfolio</li><li>Driving promo penetration across shops within your portfolio</li><li>Monitoring competitor activities in the market and sharing relevant insights with internal teams to inform strategy</li><li>Identifying opportunities for in-store branding and execute these initiatives within partner shops</li><li>Utilizing InstaShop&rsquo;s services and providing constructive feedback to enhance the overall customer experience and services</li></ul>Key Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or any other related field</li><li>Commercial awareness and basic understanding of the technology landscape</li><li>Prior experience in business development, sales, or a similar role is a plus</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Bring<ul><li>Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with partners</li><li>A proactive attitude with creative problem-solving abilities to drive results</li><li>Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li><li>A customer-focused, commercial mindset to align partnerships with InstaShop&rsquo;s growth goals</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 12 monthsPay: E&pound;18,000.00 - E&pound;19,800.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your expected salary?</li><li>Are comfortable with out office Location &quot;Katameya&quot;?</li><li>How many years of experience d you have in Sales/ Business Development?</li><li>Do you own a car?</li></ul>
