The Career Services Advisor/Placement Coordinator works with students to help identify and obtain their first jobs in their new career/field. This individual is focused on the career development of students and graduates, while establishing relationships with prospective employers.

Presents employment opportunities to graduates and helps them in their job search by presenting workshops and providing individual coaching regarding career search strategies and methods, resume and interview preparation and other professional development topics.
Works to build relationships within the community to secure job placement opportunities for graduates and then actively pursues all avenues for job searches and seeks qualified entry-level employment to match graduates skills.
Maintains placement records which are consolidated into reports and submitted to accreditation agencies, the State licensing agency, the school administration, faculty, and students. The Job Placement Coordinator is ultimately responsible for assisting students to prepare for the workforce in their chosen career field.
Duties to include but not limited to: 
<ul><li>Collaborates with academic departments to assist with the placement of students in employment, work-study programs, internship, and externship opportunities.</li><li>Assists students in locating part-time work and monitors to be sure part-time employment does not interfere with progress toward graduation.</li><li>Compiles comprehensive records and maintains database of all successful placements. Ensures that all placement-related data is entered in the Company designated electronic record keeping system on an accurate and timely basis.</li><li>Provides reports regarding placement statistics, new employer relationships, and current employer relationships.</li><li>Assists Director of Career Services in surveying graduates and employers to compile data regarding the effectiveness of the programs offered.</li><li>Manages confidential information.</li></ul>

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Technician Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical knowledge, with the ability to fabricate and maintain HVAC systems. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with their hands and have a passion for keeping systems running smoothly.
The instructor is responsible for providing and sustaining an effective learning environment for every student through well prepared classes, relevant assignments, fair and holistic assessment of learning, clear documentation and feedback on student progress, and support of academic success for all students. The instructor is responsible for maintenance of professional competence through engagement in documented professional development activities, for engagement in documented faculty development activities that enhance the ability to provide effective instruction and for participation in departmental and campus-wide activities.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
? Maintains a thorough knowledge and understanding of all school policies and adheres to and upholds their implementation and enforcement.
? Convenes all assigned classes in accordance with their start and end times.
? Maintains a safe environment for all students, faculty, and staff.
? Safeguards materials, records, and equipment.
? Attends school functions including staff meetings, in-service training, faculty meetings, orientation, graduation, and special student activities and school events as required.
? Serves as a professional role model to students.
? Inspires student confidence in school, faculty, and self.
? Demonstrates commitment to interdepartmental cooperation.
? Maintains professional dress and demeanor.
? Maintains appropriate confidentiality when working with students, records, and administrative staff.
? Maintains an attitude of enthusiasm and willingness to cooperate and collaborate.
? Interacts with students and fellow employees in a courteous, professional, and positive manner. Treats students with fairness, impartiality, and objectivity.

Trade school Diploma preferred but not required</li><li>
EPA 608 preferred, but not required</li><li>
