Your positive attitude and proactive approach will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and clients alike.&lt;Duties&gt;<ul><li>Greet visitors and answer multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy</li><li>Manage front desk operations, including checking in guests and directing inquiries</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records</li><li>Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools</li><li>Support office management tasks such as organizing supplies, maintaining office equipment, and managing inventory</li><li>Provide customer support by responding to inquiries via phone or email promptly and effectively</li><li>Help with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to ensure accurate financial records</li></ul>&lt;Requirements&gt;<ul><li>Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or customer service roles</li><li>Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse community needs</li><li>Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and data entry best practices</li><li>Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is a plus</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks independently</li></ul>This paid volunteer position is perfect for individuals eager to gain hands-on office experience while making a meaningful contribution.
