Be part of our interdisciplinary, dedicated and exciting team which understands and is driven to improve life for our patients.Primary Responsibilities:<ul><li>As part of a multidisciplinary team, supports our physicians in the delivery of care to patients.</li><li>Interfacing and coordinating care with insurance carriers, adjusters, Nurse Case Managers and attorneys to secure authorization for services.</li><li>Follow-up on requests and ensure we receive responses from insurance carriers in a timely manner.</li><li>Maintain tracking for authorizations to keep precise data for reports.</li><li>Coordinating multiple medical appointments with different providers within the company.</li><li>Ensuring all necessary treatment documents are completed prior to submitting for billing.</li><li>Arranging patient transportation and interpreters if needed.</li><li>Completion of the required tasks within the deadline.</li><li>Attending weekly meetings with team to discuss progress of patients in program.</li><li>Providing support to coworkers.</li><li>To be cross-trained and back up to co-workers</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>High School Graduate</li><li>Strong communication skills, written and verbal</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail</li><li>Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment</li><li>Problem Solving; identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develop alternative solutions</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel</li><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish</li><li>Professional demeanor and appearance</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Team player</li><li>Personable</li><li>Consistently positive attitude</li><li>Worker's Compensation experience a plus</li></ul>Work Remotely<ul><li>No</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
