This is a dynamic position for a professional writer who thrives at the intersection of content creation, strategic communication and high-level support.</b><br>

<b>This position is a hybrid position (remote and West Palm Beach office)</b><br>

<b>The EA plays a key role in shaping and amplifying Instructional Empowerment&rsquo;s message across multiple</b><br>
<b>platforms &mdash; from articles, books, and newsletters to podcasts, conferences, and social media. Working closely with the CEO, this individual ensures that every piece of communication reflects the organization&rsquo;s mission, tone, and vision for transforming teaching and learning in schools nationwide.</b><b> The EA may also assist in coordinating logistics and anticipating CEO needs to ensure seamless execution of daily operations.</b></h1>

What You Will Do</b></div><ul><li>
Create &amp; Edit Compelling Content: Collaborate directly with the CEO to write, edit, and refine materials including articles, presentations, white papers, and book manuscripts.</li><li>
Advance the CEO&rsquo;s Brand: Identify and pursue opportunities for thought leadership &mdash; including conferences, podcasts, interviews, and media features &mdash; that amplify the CEO&rsquo;s and company&rsquo;s voice in the K&ndash;12 education community.</li><li>
Ensure Quality &amp; Consistency: Maintain editorial standards and ensure every piece of communication reflects a polished, professional image consistent with Instructional Empowerment&rsquo;s mission and voice.</li><li>
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with executive and content leaders to produce customer stories, research pieces, and case studies that elevate the company&rsquo;s impact narrative.</li><li>
Assist in managing logistics and preparing for meetings as needed.</li><li>
Stay Informed: Remain up to date on the CEO&rsquo;s current thinking as well as national research and trends in K&ndash;12 education, policy, and leadership.</li></ul><div><b>
What You Bring</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in journalism, communications, English, publishing, business, or a related field.</li><li>
3&ndash;5 years of professional experience in editing, publishing, marketing, or social media content creation.</li><li>
Proven ability to craft engaging, high-quality written content across formats.</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with video editing and content management tools.</li><li>
Demonstrated expertise with current digital platforms that enhance productivity and communication.</li><li>
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Professional discretion and the capacity to translate strategic intent into actionable steps.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><br>
