With over 20 years of proven, error-free operation, we&rsquo;re expanding rapidly to meet growing demand as traditional pharmacies close across the country.Now&rsquo;s your chance to join a fast-growing healthcare technology company that&rsquo;s changing how patients access medications.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Drive new business across Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota &amp; Iowa (Focus on Minneapolis St. Paul Metro).</li><li>Sell InstyMeds&rsquo; automated pharmaceutical dispensers to hospitals, urgent care centers, and clinics.</li><li>Prospect, cold call, and visit healthcare facilities to build relationships and close deals.</li><li>Manage the full sales cycle &mdash; from lead generation through demo, proposal, and close.</li><li>Work directly with the VP of Sales and receive full support from our experienced team.</li><li>Travel regionally (mileage reimbursed).</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>2+ years of B2B sales experience (medical, logistics, office equipment, or similar).</li><li>Proven hunter mentality &mdash; confident cold caller and relationship builder.</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset: adaptable, self-motivated, and resilient.</li><li>Comfortable managing long sales cycles (6&ndash;7 months typical).</li><li>Professional and personable &mdash; able to connect with both clinic staff and executives.</li><li>Preferred:</li><li>Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or medical device sales.</li><li>Familiarity with Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan healthcare markets.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Base Salary: $50,000&ndash;$80,000 + uncapped commission</li><li>Medical, Dental, Vision (65&ndash;75% premium covered)</li><li>401(k) with 4% company match (no vesting period)</li><li>Paid Time Off + Retirement benefits</li><li>Mileage reimbursement (IRS rate)</li><li>Rental car access at corporate rate</li><li>1-week paid onboarding at InstyMeds HQ (Minnesota)</li></ul>Join a company that&rsquo;s reshaping access to medications and making a real difference in healthcare.
