 About The Role
 
 
 
 We are seeking a Regional Manager who sees greenfield expansion as the ultimate challenge: the opportunity to take raw potential and transform it into a thriving, multi-location operation. This is not a role for someone looking to maintain the status quo. This is for entrepreneurial-minded builders, leaders, and player-coaches who want to create something from the ground up and own the results.
 
 
 As Regional Manager, you will have the backing of our corporate team to establish and scale 3 to 6 service locations across your region. You will be growth-focused, using your P&amp;L as a scorecard while making the strategic decisions that drive real expansion. You will build high-performing teams, forge relationships with key insurance and commercial partners, and create operational excellence in restoration services.

 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 Strategic Growth &amp; Expansion

 Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations, ensuring high standards in service delivery, safety, and compliance

 Implement best practices to optimize operational efficiency and manage operating expenses

 Leverage our shared technology platform to deliver consistent customer experiences from first call to final walkthrough

 Financial Performance

 Full P&amp;L accountability for the region, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance

 Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed

 Business Development &amp; Partnerships

 Recruit, train, and lead Business Development teams to execute the regional go-to-market strategy
 </li>
 <li>
 Build relationships with key referral sources including insurance carriers, property managers, and commercial accounts
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with Corporate Marketing to share local market insights and execute regional campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness
 
 
 </li>

 Brand &amp; Customer Experience

 Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention, delivering on our promise of clear communication, no surprises, and dependable outcomes

 Represent the company as a brand ambassador at local, regional, and national industry trade shows and conferences
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:

 8 to 15 years of leadership experience in restoration, construction, disaster recovery services, or other property services such as HVAC or waterproofing
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven success in multi-site operations, organic growth, and cross-functional leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Strategic mindset with the ability to shift between high-level vision and hands-on execution
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to build and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting key referral partners across local and regional markets
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and job-level profitability models
 </li>
 <li>
 Executive-level communication and leadership presence
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to travel throughout assigned region up to 75%; occasional national travel
