Pay Details:

Licensed Sales Consultants base pay: $43,680 / year* plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses
<ul><li>Average first year earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base pay and generous commission. Top Performing Agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to $110,000+ / year</li></ul>

What You Will Do:
<ul>
<li>Handle high-intent, inbound-only leads</li>
<li>Consult across personal and commercial lines to design customized coverage</li>
<li>Match clients with products from 100+ top-tier national and regional carriers</li>
<li>Retain and grow client relationships through consultative lifecycle management</li>
<li>Document and maintain regulatory and carrier compliance with precision</li>
<li>Engage collaboratively with leadership in a high-performance sales culture</li>
</ul>
Our Ideal Candidate:
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma</li>
<li>Bilingual- Fluency in English and Spanish</li>
<li>Property &amp; Casualty license (Active or recently Expired)</li>
<li>1+ years of experience in P&amp;C Insurance sales or service</li>
<li>Professional office experience</li>
<li>Strong communication, follow-up, and close-orientation</li>
</ul>
Preferred Attributes:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree</li>
<li>Experience handling multi-carrier, multi-state quoting nice to have</li>
<li>1+ year experience working in a call center environment nice to have</li>
