<ul><li>Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.</li>
<li>Source and recruit candidates using databases, job boards, etc.</li>
<li>Screen candidates&rsquo; resumes and job applications.</li>
<li>Conduct interviews using various methods (e.g. structured interviews, behavioral interviews).</li>
<li>Evaluate applicants&rsquo; relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.</li>
<li>Negotiate salaries and benefits packages.</li>
<li>Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with labor regulations.</li>
<li>Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.</li>
<li>Keep abreast of recruitment trends and best practices.</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications</p>
<ul><li>Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.</li>
<li>Experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype, structured, group).</li>
<li>Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate databases.</li>
<li>Strong decision-making skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to handle data with confidentiality.</li>
<li>Good understanding of labor legislation.</li>
