 The candidate will work within the Venue Technology Department of INTALEQ and will be responsible for overseeing all sports venues (stadiums...) related Technology Systems. This role involves managing the installation, maintenance, and operation of all technology equipment, ensuring seamless integration and performance for sports events and daily operations in the sports venues.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee and manage the operation of Sports Venues entire lifecycle of Technology services and solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordination with Stadium Authority, Facility Management and Security Team regarding the Stadium ICT Scope.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up with Venue ICT Team for any pending or ongoing issues related to ICT, ELV system or ICT related services and ensure necessary action taken.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with Security and Stadium Authority for any approval related to Material In, Material Removal Permit and Venue Access Permit for ICT, ELV suppliers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all the IT Service Desk tickets are updated and assigned to the respective team for necessary action
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide assistance and guidance to the Venue ICT team
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with all involved stakeholders for the ongoing rectification of ICT System in the stadium.
 </li>
 <li>
 Planning and coordination activities to ensure that all Venues IT infrastructure and serviced and checked to ensure readiness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Interfacing with all necessary stakeholders required to support and maintain IT infrastructure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining and supervising all the physical spaces / Technical rooms where IT infrastructure equipment are installed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring and tracking ICT related issues and risks to ensure that they are resolved in coordination with the relevant stakeholders and service desk.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support site visits and surveys to assess the status of existing systems and gather the necessary data for further assessment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate the project installation plans with the venue teams and ensure quality checks are performed on the delivery process and standards throughout the process.
 </li>

 Conduct system testing and commissioning to verify that all components operate as expected and meet performance criteria.
 </li>

 Oversee the installation of AV/ELV systems, ensuring they are installed correctly and function as intended.
 </li>

 manage the operational planning and technology allocation design sessions with other functional areas to capture their technology requirements for the event.
 </li>

 Coordinate and collaborate with event organizers to understand their technical requirements and ensure all necessary equipment and systems are in place and Act as a point of contact for clients regarding technical requirements and support.

 Ensure all the ICT/Venue Technology related request by event organizers and end users are fulfilled and ensure smooth handover.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional certifications in project management are preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with large-scale ICT AV/ELV projects in sports venues or similar environments are preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 15 years of experience in ICT and AV/ELV system implementation, maintenance, and support preferably in sports venues or large-scale events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in ICT Infrastructure, AV/ELV solutions like video conferencing, public address (PA) systems, sound reinforcement, and video display technologies, IPTV, and TV infrastructure Broadcasting, CCTV, Access Control, and turnstiles systems, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in IT management, preferably in a venue or hospitality environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership and communication skills.
 </li>

IT Venue Technology Manager

 Role Purpose:
 
 
 
 The candidate will be part of the Venue Technology Team in charge of managing Qatar sports venues (stadiums and facilities). The candidate will oversee Venue Technology project management, operation management, and maintenance processes, providing analytical insights, and facilitating communication among the section teams and stakeholders. Aiming to monitor and enhance the delivery process and control of project, optimize resource utilization, reduce the systems and services interruption and increase availability and enhancing risks management.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 Project Monitoring and Reporting:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Generate regular reports and update dashboards to provide insights into project progress, issues, risks, resource utilization, and budgetary performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with the project teams to analyze project data to identify risks, dependencies and opportunities, and present findings to stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze response time and action by the operation and maintenance support team on the system alerts, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to optimize their performance aiming to minimize downtime and services disruptions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and inspect the process and actions taken on venue technology systems performance and health check status. Includes preventive maintenance activities, Corrective maintenance, and periodical system performance tests.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Resource Management:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaborate with project managers and operation managers to forecast resource requirements and activities schedule across projects and venues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize resource utilization and recommending adjustments to activities schedules and operational requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor the project progress and payment terms to align with the planned cashflow and budget.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Stakeholder Communication:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management, ensuring alignment on project objectives, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a focal point/Liaison coordination with external parties for Venue Technology services discussion
 </li>
 <li>
 Interface with third-party vendors and service providers involved in supporting venue technology systems and services and escalate issues as needed to ensure high performance and timely resolution and more.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Sports Event Operations Coordination:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide regular status updates on the event&rsquo;s technological requirements, resources, timelines, and bump in and bump out activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide regular status updates to all stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, issues, and next steps.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate communication and coordinate among teams to ensure consistent and clear communication with all stakeholders
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications and Criteria:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 10+ years of relevant experience in the same field preferably in consulting and project management with a focus on PMO functions and analytics within the technology sector and exposure to multiple clients and business domains.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, computer science or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bilingual candidates only (English/Arabic).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be well experienced across project management practices and IT Venue Technology Operations Management for building management or AV/ELV solutions, and venues.
 </li>
