 Procurement of biopharma ingredients (RM / PM / Consumables / media / filters / chemicals etc) for manufacturing for domestic and overseas regulated markets

 Manage supply of quality materials and services at right price for - R &amp; D, Quality, Engineering, IT, HR and Admin spend
 </li>
 <li>
 Part of PR &gt; PO &gt; GR &gt; settlement cycle for an annual spend base of ~ Rs 1000 crore+ including it&rsquo;s strategy, negotiations, contracting, ordering, delivery and settlement
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure procurement and supply governance as per the company policy and DOA norms, seek clarity in case of any ambiguity before moving further
 </li>
 <li>
 Supply risk mitigation / alternate vendor development for ease of supply and cost excellence
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively participate in annual budgets, track contract due dates / renewals, and start preparing ahead of time for the procurement strategy / negotiations
 </li>
 <li>
 Compliance to statutory and regulatory requirements including internal / external audits of procurement to pay cycle (p2p)

 Manage imports and customs clearance
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure management of all key holders through cross functional collaboration and active participation
 </li>

 Proactively handle any concerns of quality, delivery, cost and compliance and ensure resolution / time escalation

 Brand and Reputation Management:

 Lead the compilation, analysis, and reporting of global management information systems (MIS) and financial performance, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all regions.
