We&rsquo;re hiring a full-time Seasonal Analyst to review and process residency and fellowship application documents within our ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Services) department.
Requirements:<ul><li>
Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint, along with strong analytical and administrative abilities.</li><li>
Experience: 2+ years in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Experience in medical education documentation is a plus.</li><li>
Education: High school diploma required, associate or bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred.</li></ul>
Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Process and review residency and fellowship application documents.</li><li>
Collaborate with management and peers to ensure timely and accurate document handling.</li><li>
Tackle unique applicant cases, ensuring proper resolution with manager approval.</li><li>
Perform additional tasks.</li></ul>
