 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil-Electrical Engineering, business, law, contract management, or a related field (Master's degree or legal background is a plus).
 
 
 &bull; More than 6 years of experience in contract management or a related role in a big construction or energy company.
 
 
 &bull; Fluent in English.
 
 
 &bull; Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
 
 
 &bull; Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 
 
 &bull; Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
 
 
 &bull; Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
 
 
 &bull; Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
 
 
 &bull; Certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CCM) is beneficial.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull;Collaborate with various stakeholders, including legal counsel, sales, procurement, and business units, to develop contract terms and conditions.
 
 
 &bull;Negotiate contract terms, ensuring they align with the organization's interests and risk tolerance.
 
 
 &bull;Draft contracts, amendments, and other legal documents.
 
 
 &bull;Review incoming contracts to identify potential risks and issues.
 
 
 &bull;Conduct contract analysis to assess compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
 
 
 &bull;Evaluate contract performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
 
 
 &bull;Oversee the contract execution process, ensuring all parties sign and execute agreements.
 
 
 &bull;Maintain a centralized contract repository and database for easy access and retrieval.
 
 
 &bull;Monitor contract milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
 
 
 &bull;Manage contract renewals, extensions, and terminations.
 
 
 &bull;Identify and assess contractual risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
 
 
 &bull;Ensure that insurance and indemnification clauses are appropriate and in place to protect the organization.
 
 
 &bull;Manage claims arising from contracts, including identifying, documenting, and resolving disputes, and collaborating with stakeholders to mitigate risks and recover losses.
 
 
 &bull;Ensure that contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
 
 
 &bull;Collaborate with legal counsel to resolve legal issues related to contracts.
 
 
 &bull;Stay up to date with changes in relevant laws and regulations.
 
 
 &bull;Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

 Having sufficient technical knowledge to make technical purchasing, being able to interpret ground reports and mechanical projects, and having the technical ability to evaluate whether the offers received are suitable for the project needs,

 Clear determination of subcontractor scopes, ability to negotiate and carry out agreements,
 </li>
 <li>
 Keeping track of progress payments by monitoring site operations,
 </li>
 <li>
 Extensive experience working in the purchasing department in the operations and office area,

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarize information succinctly and provide details necessary to complete tasks,

 Being responsible for purchasing subcontractor services required for the installation of PV projects and purchasing all services received from 3rd parties for the project,

 To obtain offers from local manufacturers for the supply of small materials required for the project,
 </li>

 Preparing an RFQ by checking the work required for the installation of the project,
 </li>

 Monitoring project timelines and placing purchase orders to meet delivery requirements,

 Receiving offers and analyzing offers,

 Having the capability to technically review offers,

 Effectively leading continuous improvement projects,
