 INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a
 
 Store Keeper
 
 to join our
 
 Factory Operations team
 
 . This role is pivotal in supporting the design, production, and delivery of world-class automation and control systems manufactured at our facility. You will contribute to INTECH&rsquo;s mission of building high-performance, customized industrial systems that serve industries such as Oil &amp; Gas, Petrochemicals, Utilities, and Manufacturing.
 
 Responsible for end-to-end store operations, including receiving, storing, tracking, and issuing materials while maintaining accurate inventory records and logistics coordination.

 What You&rsquo;ll Lead And Deliver
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Arrange offloading of incoming shipments and ensure proper transfer to the store.
 </li>
 <li>
 Unpack, inspect, and verify received materials against packing lists, invoices, and delivery notes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Label materials according to the relevant Purchase Order (PO) number.
 </li>
 <li>
 Store materials in designated project racks or shelves.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and organize storage space based on project quantity and volume requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Update all material receipts in the system on the same day, as per shipping documents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Issue materials to the factory as per Material Issue Request (MIR) and update MIR records in the system (preferably the same day).
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and submit lists of leftover project materials for transfer to central inventory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle packing and preparation of outbound shipments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify and count loose items before packing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Take photographs of items prior to packing for record purposes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide logistics support for local incoming shipments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Verify and count leftover materials returned by the factory under the MTR process and submit verified documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Transfer materials between projects as per approved IPT requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Transfer materials between plants as per approved IST requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform any other related duties assigned by SCL.

 Requirements:
 
 
 
 To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1 &ndash; 3 years of experience in bookkeeping
 </li>
 <li>
 Intermediate to bachelor&rsquo;s level of education, the candidate should be computer literate.
 </li>
 <li>
 The ideal candidate would have an idea on the following:

 Material handling Material inspection Material update in System Store management
