 Electrical Engineer
 
 to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting E-House Solutions across industries such as Oil &amp; Gas (Upstream, Midstream, Downstream), Petrochemicals, and Utilities.  What You&rsquo;ll Lead And Deliver
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead the technical execution of electrical projects from concept, design, and engineering through final delivery and handover.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the primary technical focal point for all electrical engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review customer specifications, datasheets, and technical requirements and provide technical support during engineering, execution, manufacturing, testing, and commissioning phases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and review technical design and system integration for LV and MV switchgear, transformers, UPS and DC systems, VFDs, MCCs, bus duct systems, lighting and small power systems, HVAC electrical interfaces, fire and gas and fire alarm systems, building and structural interfaces, earthing systems, and cable routing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, manufacturing teams, QA/QC, and project stakeholders to ensure technical compliance and timely completion of engineering and testing activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review vendor drawings, calculations, technical documentation, and test procedures to ensure alignment with project specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate, lead, and support FAT and SAT activities, including witnessing tests and ensuring resolution and closure of punch points, test observations, and technical non-conformities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with project requirements, client standards, and applicable international codes and standards such as IEC, IEEE, NEC, and NFPA.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and resolve technical risks, design conflicts, interface issues, and testing gaps throughout the project lifecycle.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support commissioning activities, site troubleshooting, and final project handover documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement initiatives.

 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical engineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 4 &ndash; 8 years of industrial experience of Projects &amp; Maintenance. Experience in UAE market is preferred, specially in E-House, Packaged Substation, and Modular Electrical Building projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in electrical system design, integration, and execution within industrial, utility, infrastructure, and oil &amp; gas environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong hands-on experience with LV/MV switchgear, transformers, UPS/DC systems, VFDs, bus duct systems, auxiliary systems, and building integration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated exposure to Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), integrated package testing, technical inspections, and vendor coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of electrical power distribution systems and multidiscipline package integration.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of international standards and codes, including IEC, IEEE, NFPA, and NEC.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office tools. Experience of using AutoCAD &amp; ETAP will be an added plus.

 What You'll Lead And Deliver

 Analyze and modernize legacy reporting solutions, including SSRS, Excel, Crystal Reports, and similar platforms, by developing interactive and scalable Power BI dashboards.

 Design and develop efficient data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query (M) transformations to support high-performance analytics and reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Integrate Power BI with SQL Server and other relational or cloud-based data sources while managing data onboarding, cleansing, validation, and ETL processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful dashboards, KPI scorecards, and analytical solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize Power BI datasets and dashboards for scalability, maintainability, and performance through techniques such as query folding, aggregations, and incremental refresh.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including data models, transformation logic, and dashboard user guides.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with customer technical teams to support solution delivery, with occasional local and international travel as required.

 Requirements:
 
 
 
 To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5&ndash;10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M), SQL, and T-SQL.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience migrating legacy reporting platforms such as SSRS, Crystal Reports, and Excel into modern Power BI reporting environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional data modeling (Star and Snowflake schemas), and ETL frameworks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience integrating multiple data sources, including SQL databases, cloud platforms, and APIs, into unified analytics solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Microsoft Power BI Certification (PL-300 or equivalent) is required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Additional certifications in Azure, Tableau, or other Business Intelligence technologies will be considered an advantage.
