 Procurement &amp; Inventory Officer

 This role is pivotal in overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of complex projects within the Oil &amp; Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities, and Manufacturing industries.  What You&rsquo;ll Lead And Deliver
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Obtain quotations and process purchase orders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and external regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain optimal inventory levels based on demand forecasts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Regularly update inventory management systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor Items movement and update record accordingly
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with stakeholders for proper storage, tagging, and documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Generate reports on inventory status and forecasted needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with internal departments to understand requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide weekly/monthly procurement and inventory reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in budgeting and cost-saving initiatives related to procurement and warehousing.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 2 - 3 years of experience in procurement and inventory control roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Training /Certification in procurement is an advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 IT product knowledge is an advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding for Inventory control.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems and Inventory management tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of inventory and supply chain management principles.
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail and organizational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
