 to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting Operations and Maintenance (O&amp;M) Field Services to achieve excellence in service delivery across industries such as Oil &amp; Gas, Petrochemicals, and Utilities.  What You&rsquo;ll Lead And Deliver
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 The applicant will be responsible for executing the following key operational aspects of INTECH&rsquo;s O&amp;M Business (in the assigned region/territories) but not limited to:
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day O&amp;M activities, addressing operational matters and enhancing company, team, and process visibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage end-to-end operational execution of O&amp;M contracts with full compliance, site coverage, and delivery capacity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate closely with O&amp;M Management, Regional SDs, CMs, and Ops Leads to achieve O&amp;M goals and targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity and service delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead grievance reporting, logging, and resolution framework.
 </li>
 <li>
 Record, monitor, and manage HSE compliance requirements across contracts, customers, and sites.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement annual HSE compliance plans, including safety training, PPE provisioning, and other requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain regular correspondence with customers to ensure effective communication, issue resolution, and strong relationships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct customer sensitization sessions and job-related briefings with O&amp;M resources.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and manage commercial obligations of O&amp;M contracts, coordinating effectively with customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend and support internal audits to ensure compliance with company processes and QHSE guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee talent hunting, bench management, and acquisition to support operational requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop a succession plan for critical positions within the team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct competency benchmarking and gap assessments against defined frameworks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Carry out training needs assessments based on customer feedback and internal evaluations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and execute Training &amp; Development Plans for O&amp;M team members to bridge skill gaps.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect feedback and conduct evaluations of O&amp;M resources to ensure performance improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement nationalization programs aligned with customer KPIs.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master's Degree in engineering or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 7 + years of work-relevant experience in Control Systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in any of the DCS (Yokogawa / ABB / DetlaV / Foxboro) and PLCs like Rockwell &amp; Siemens.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience is providing training (internal/external)
 </li>
 <li>
 Must have Effective Written/Verbal Communication Skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Travel: A commitment of 35-40% is required as per the assignment.

 What You&rsquo;ll Lead And Deliver
 
 
 
 The Instrument &amp; Analyzer Specialist will be responsible for the design, installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and field support of instrumentation and Analyzer systems. This includes ensuring system reliability, accurate process measurements, regulatory compliance, and providing hands-on technical services at client sites.
 
 
 
 Instrumentation &amp; Analyzer Engineering
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design, specify, and review process instrumentation and Analyzer systems (flow, pressure, temperature, level, chromatographs, gas Analyzers, pH, CEMS, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare technical documentation: datasheets, P&amp;IDs, loop diagrams, instrument index, and Analyzer specifications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate vendor offers, provide technical clarifications, and ensure compliance with project requirements and international standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop calibration, preventive, and predictive maintenance programs for critical instruments and Analyzers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support plant operations during commissioning, shutdowns, and turnarounds.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Field Service Engineer Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Perform installation, commissioning, startup, calibration, and testing of instruments and Analyzers at customer sites.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide on-site troubleshooting and repair services for Analyzers, and smart field instruments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver hands-on support for vendor software packages (configuration, interrogation, and diagnostics).
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct site acceptance tests (SAT) in collaboration with vendors and clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Train operators and technicians on the correct use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instruments and Analyzers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance while performing field activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document service reports, calibration certificates, and field troubleshooting logs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide customer support (remote and on-site) to resolve urgent instrumentation and Analyzer issues.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Instrumentation &amp; Control Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 OEM or vendor certifications in Analyzers, calibration, or smart instrumentation preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 &NoBreak;8&ndash;10 years of hands-on experience in maintenance of process instrumentation and Analyzer systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong exposure to oil &amp; gas, petrochemical, power generation, or similar process industries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in troubleshooting and repairing smart field devices (flow, pressure, temperature, level, pH, etc.) and process Analyzers (chromatographs, gas Analyzers, CEMS).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with planned preventive maintenance (PPM), predictive maintenance, and calibration programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 &NoBreak;Practical knowledge of calibration, testing, and repair of instruments and Analyzers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to interpret and update maintenance documentation: datasheets, loop diagrams, instrument index, and calibration certificates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Skilled in root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring instrument/Analyzer issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Competence with vendor diagnostic software tools for field instruments and Analyzers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with control systems integration and field communication protocols (HART, Modbus, Profibus, Foundation Fieldbus, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in supporting shutdowns, turnarounds, and commissioning from a maintenance perspective.
 </li>
 <li>
 &NoBreak;Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication skills for liaising with plant operations and vendors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Team player with capability to mentor technicians on maintenance practices.
