Overview:
INTECON, LLC is seeking an experienced and technically proficient System Analyst to support the Mobility Air Forces (MAF) Mission Planning Systems (MPS) Capability Drop-4 (CD-4) effort under Air Mobility Command (AMC). The System Analyst will perform operational and technical analysis of Air Force mission planning software systems to ensure that requirements are feasible, testable, and fully integrated with modernization and interoperability goals.
This role requires a candidate with hands-on experience in Joint Mission Planning Systems (JMPS) or other MAF mission planning applications, capable of supporting requirements analysis, system testing, and agile development processes within a complex DoD software environment.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Perform detailed systems and operational analysis of mission planning software, ensuring functional, performance, and interoperability requirements are met.</li><li>
Support the development, refinement, and traceability of system requirements to mission and user needs.</li><li>
Participate in Agile software development processes, providing analytical inputs during sprint planning, backlog grooming, and technical review events.</li><li>
Conduct technical and operational feasibility assessments to validate system enhancements and modernization efforts.</li><li>
Support the development and review of test plans, evaluation criteria, and fielding documentation for capability releases.</li><li>
Collaborate with software developers, system engineers, testers, and end-users to identify technical gaps and recommend solutions.</li><li>
Contribute to MAF system integration efforts, ensuring compatibility across JMPS, JOMS, NOMS, and MAFPS environments.</li><li>
Prepare and deliver technical reports, data summaries, and briefings supporting AMC leadership and mission stakeholders.</li><li>
Provide analytical input to risk assessments, configuration management, and system lifecycle documentation.</li><li>
Leverage collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and Teams to track actions, manage documentation, and maintain situational awareness across development activities.</li>
</ul>Clearance Requirements:
<ul><li>Active Top Secret clearance is required; SCI Eligibility is preferred.</li>
</ul>Qualifications: 
<ul><li>Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or a related technical discipline.</li><li>
Security+ or equivalent DoD 8570 baseline certification (required or must be obtained within 6 months of hire).</li><li>
Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, systems engineering, or technical evaluation of defense software systems.</li><li>
Hands-on experience analyzing, supporting, or developing software using C, C++, or C#.</li><li>
Direct experience with Air Force or Joint Mission Planning Systems (JMPS, JOMS, NOMS, PFPS, or MAFPS) and participation in software development, testing, or fielding activities is preferred.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to perform technical analysis and provide recommendations supporting requirements definition, systems design, and integration.</li><li>
Experience supporting Agile or DevSecOps software development processes.</li><li>
Experience conducting feasibility studies, system performance evaluations, and operational assessments.</li><li>
Familiarity with requirements management and test management tools (JIRA, DOORS, Jama, or equivalent).</li><li>
Strong technical writing and documentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).</li><li>
Strong collaboration skills using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.</li><li>
Preferred:<ul><li>
INCOSE Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) or equivalent credential.</li><li>
Hands-on experience developing, testing, or sustaining mission planning applications or data products for the Air Force.</li><li>
Familiarity with modeling and simulation tools for performance and interoperability analysis.</li></ul></li>

Overview:
INTECON, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Information Assurance (IA) Analyst to support the 557th Weather Wing (WW) at Offutt Air Force Base. The IA Analyst will provide expert-level cybersecurity and Risk Management Framework (RMF) support, ensuring all Wing-level and local cyber policies, Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), and RMF documentation remain current and compliant with Air Force and Department of Defense (DoD) directives. 
 
This role requires a proactive professional capable of integrating policy, technical, and compliance requirements to strengthen the Wing's cybersecurity posture across traditional and cloud-based environments. 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Advise and assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Wing and local cybersecurity policies and procedures in alignment with DoD and USAF directives.</li><li>
Tailor existing policies to incorporate new or updated cybersecurity guidance within 30 days of publication.</li><li>
Develop enterprise framework policies governing Wing and local IT operations.</li><li>
Create, review, and maintain RMF artifacts and supporting documentation across all RMF steps.</li><li>
Ensure accurate updates and traceability in eMASS throughout the system accreditation lifecycle.</li><li>
Support transition of Wing cybersecurity programs to cloud and hybrid environments, ensuring secure configurations and compliance with DoD cloud standards.</li><li>
Contribute to Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) integrating risk analysis, vulnerability assessments, and threat hunting.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with applicable DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), AFI Series 33, and other Air Force cybersecurity standards.</li><li>
Collaborate with government and contractor personnel to ensure accreditation and policy efforts align with mission objectives.</li></ul>
Clearance Requirements:
<ul><li>Active Secret clearance required; Top Secret preferred.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred and will be taken into account to reduce years of experience and/or certification requirements.</li><li>
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Air Force Information Assurance, cybersecurity policy, RMF implementation, or system accreditation.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience with:<ul><li>
AFI Series 33 and Air Force cybersecurity governance.</li><li>
Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation and process execution.</li><li>
eMASS accreditation workflows.</li><li>
DISA STIGs, system hardening, and vulnerability management.</li><li>
Supporting cloud migration and cybersecurity integration efforts.</li></ul></li><li>
Certifications (aligned with DoD 8140 / 8570 baselines): GMON, Security+, SecurityX, CASP+, SSCP, CySA+, GSEC, CASP+, CISM, CISSP, CCSP, Cloud+, Forescout, CCISO, CAP (CGRC), CISSO, FITSP-M, GCSA, GSEC, SSCP.</li><li>
Strong communication skills to effectively engage technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>
Excellent attention to detail and organization in managing documentation, taskings, and reporting.</li><li>
Prior U.S. Air Force or other Military Service experience is a plus.</li>
