The HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating hiring decisions. The ideal candidate should have a passion for talent acquisition, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across multiple industries.</li><li>Source candidates using job portals, social media, internal databases, networking, and referrals.</li><li>Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate suitability.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and shortlisted candidates.</li><li>Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand hiring needs.</li><li>Prepare and share candidate profiles and interview feedback promptly.</li><li>Ensure timely communication and follow-up with both candidates and clients.</li><li>Maintain recruitment MIS/reports and adhere to target timelines.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).</li><li>Experience: 1&ndash;3 years in recruitment, preferably in a staffing/consultancy firm.</li><li>Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).</li></ul>Key Skills<ul><li>Talent Sourcing &amp; Screening</li><li>Interview Coordination</li><li>Client &amp; Candidate Relationship Management</li><li>Negotiation Skills</li><li>Time Management</li><li>Attention to Detail</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Recruiting: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
