PART-TIME TELLER POSITION Location: W300 Co. Rd. G12, Stephenson, MI 49887 Hours: 21-35 hours/week Days: Monday-SaturdayWould you like to join our team? We have since added two more branches located in Stephenson and Menominee, Michigan. Additionally, we have a student-run branch in the Menominee High School. Integra First Federal Credit Union is a great place to start your financial career!Essential Functions and Responsibilities <ul><li>Provide professional, engaging, and courteous member service while handling a high volume of member transactions</li></ul><ul><li>Answer and assist members over the phone</li></ul><ul><li>Accurately process member transactions including loan payments, checks, deposits, withdrawals, recording night and mail deposits, and other transactions as necessary</li></ul><ul><li>Daily balancing of cash drawer, currency, coin, and checks</li></ul><ul><li>Utilize computers, faxes, printers, calculators, adding machines, and coin/cash sorters</li></ul><ul><li>Highly knowledgeable of all products and services</li></ul><ul><li>Identify and act upon opportunities to educate members on our products and services</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to identify fraudulent cash, checks, and financial requests</li></ul><ul><li>Candidate must be available to work Saturdays</li></ul><ul><li>Perform other duties as directed by leadership</li></ul>Core Competencies <ul><li>Member service oriented: Ability to provide great member service</li></ul><ul><li>Good communicator: Friendly verbal, written, and interpersonal skills</li></ul><ul><li>Team player: Committed to achieving goals and supporting coworkers</li></ul><ul><li>Organized: Ability to multitask and prioritize workload</li></ul><ul><li>Confidential: Ability to maintain member confidentiality</li></ul><ul><li>Detail oriented: Maintains awareness, accurately observes and records financial information, precisely handles cash transactions</li></ul><ul><li>Listening skills: Ability to listen to determine member needs and efficiently resolve problems</li></ul><ul><li>Self-motivated: Proactively approaches member service, takes initiative to complete duties, and efficiently makes use of down-time</li></ul><ul><li>Professional: Ability to represent oneself in a positive manner and build professional relationships</li></ul><ul><li>Computer skills: Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn new software applications in a timely manner</li></ul><ul><li>Learning: Ability to learn and apply new skills to the job</li></ul>Qualifications Required:<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Customer Service experience</li></ul><ul><li>Cash handling experience</li></ul>Benefits Integra First Federal Credit Union offers part-time employees the following benefits:<ul><li>Paid Time Off</li></ul>**Integra First Federal Credit Union is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.Job Type: Part-timeSchedule:<ul><li>Monday to Friday</li><li>Weekends as needed</li></ul>Work Location: In person
