 We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Owner to join our team and work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design and customer support, to ensure that the products meet user needs and are delivered at high quality.
 
 
 
 
 As a Senior Product Owner, you will be responsible for executing a product vision that meets user needs, aligns with our business goals, and drives growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, develop product specifications, and ensure timely delivery.
 
 
 
 
 Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Understands the business very well, be able to define customer needs and proposes features to meet those needs&middot;
 </li>
 <li>
 Design User Journeys, User story maps and come up with MVPs and Release plans&middot;
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborates with UI/UX designer and develop wireframes&middot;
 </li>
 <li>
 Extracts Epics and Features then break them down to user stories&middot;
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains a clean and prioritized backlog with at least 2 sprints ready ahead&middot;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures user stories are "ready" for development to start work with clear "Acceptance criteria".
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicates user stories with dev team in a clear way and answers their questions&middot;
 </li>
 <li>
 Gets/provides feedback and updates the backlog&middot;
 </li>
 <li>
 Does impact and integration analysis&middot;
 </li>
 <li>
 Tracks progress towards the Sprint releases&middot;
 </li>
 <li>
 Holds and participates in Agile Ceremonies as Backlog Grooming, Sprint planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performs product demos for customers
 </li>
 
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience of at least 2 years in either software testing or software development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal, with proven experience bringing teams together to collaborate, agree on a solution/approach.
 </li>
 <li>
 High degree of proficiency in prototyping and iterative development
 </li>
 <li>
 Creative and strategic thinker, data-driven with analytical and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Management of stakeholders and their expectations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong product mindset, with overall understanding of technologies used in the product.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with a definition of minimum marketable features and minimum viable products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding and experience with Agile methodologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organizational and time management skills.
 </li>

 Education and Experience Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a similar field is preferred.
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years working experience in software products
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, in an Agile environment
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience working with international teams, customers is preferred
 </li>
 </ul>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
 </li>

 6+ years of experience as a data engineer.

 Familiarity with analytical architectures including Data Warehouses, Data Lakes and Data Lakehouses.

 <li>
 Knowledge of Microsoft relational engines available - both on-premises (MS SQL Server) and on the cloud (Azure SQL, Azure Synapse Analytics Dedicated Pools).
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of query and workload optimization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of administrating and managing analytical solutions both on premises and on the cloud.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of NoSQL offerings on Azure (e.g. CosmosDB).
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of setting up Data Lakes on ADLS gen 2 and Azure Synapse Analytics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of using SSIS and Azure Data Factory to set up ETL jobs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of setting up OLAP solutions using SSAS.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Azure Data Catalog to manage data lake metadata.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of governance over Azure based analytical solutions including using tools such as Purview, Active Directory, Key Vault, Azure DevOps, etc.

 Knowledge of using Azure Stream Analytics to capture and analyze data in real time.
