 Role Purpose
 
 
 
 Own and lead Integrant's Employer Branding and Talent Communications strategy in Egypt, ensuring a credible, trust-based, and long-term employer reputation that supports senior and niche technical hiring. This role focuses on embedding the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) consistently across all talent-facing touchpoints through authentic storytelling, strategic partnerships, and strong internal alignment.
 
 
 
 Define &amp; Lead Employer Brand Strategy
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own the design, articulation, and evolution of Integrant's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) for the Egyptian market
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate company culture, values, and long-term employee experience into a clear, consistent employer brand narrative
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure employer branding efforts are aligned with Integrant's hiring strategy, business priorities, and organizational maturity
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the single point of ownership for employer brand direction across HR, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Manage Employer Brand Communications &amp; Channels
 
 
 
 <li>
 Lead Integrant's employer brand presence across all key talent-facing platforms, with a strong focus on:

 LinkedIn (primary channel)

 Career pages
 </li>
 <li>
 Employer review platforms (e.g. Glassdoor)
 </li>

 Ensure consistent, credible, and experience-backed messaging across all content and communication touchpoints

 Develop structured content plans that support ongoing hiring needs, brand awareness, and reputation building

 </ul>
 
 Drive Strategic Storytelling &amp; Content Initiatives

 Design and execute storytelling initiatives centered on:

 Long-term employee journeys and career growth
 </li>

 Engineering excellence and complex, meaningful projects
 </li>

 Learning, leadership, and ownership culture

 Shift employer branding away from hype-driven messaging toward trust, depth, and real employee experience

 Enable leaders and engineers to participate in storytelling through structured ambassador and advocacy programs

 Enable Talent Attraction &amp; Recruitment Branding
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to support role-specific branding, recruitment campaigns, and candidate engagement strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure employer branding directly supports the attraction of senior, niche, and hard-to-hire technical profiles
 </li>
 <li>
 Strengthen candidate experience by aligning messaging before, during, and after the hiring journey
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Build Internal &amp; External Brand Ambassadorship
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build and nurture internal ambassador networks across engineers, leaders, and long-tenured employees
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish and manage selective external partnerships (events, platforms, content partners) that reinforce credibility and visibility
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all partnerships and initiatives remain focused, lean, and aligned with long-term employer brand goals
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Measure, Monitor &amp; Evolve Employer Brand Impact
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Track employer brand perception, engagement, and sentiment across platforms and candidate touchpoints
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify gaps between internal reality and external perception and proactively address them
 </li>
 <li>
 Use data and feedback to continuously refine employer branding strategies and initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage Company &amp; HR Events
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan and execute events that highlight the organization's Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure events reinforce the company culture and brand identity
 </li>
 </ul>

 Drive Employee Engagement Initiatives
 </li>

 <li>
 Develop and implement engagement plans and activities to foster a positive, inclusive, and "employer of choice" work environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor engagement metrics and continuously improve strategies
 </li>
 </ul>

 Build Strategic Partnerships
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Establish collaborations and formal agreements with top universities and relevant vendors
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage partnerships to enhance brand visibility, strengthen word-of-mouth reputation, and create a strong talent pipeline
 
 
 </li>

 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 6-10 years of experience in Employer Branding, Talent Marketing, Communications, or related fields
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience building or evolving employer brand strategies with measurable outcomes
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of the Egyptian tech and engineering talent market
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and leadership
 
 
 </li>
