 As an Executive Assistant at Integrant, you will play a critical role in supporting the executive team by managing their schedules, communications, and administrative tasks.  Key Responsibilities

 Handle sensitive information with discretion and always maintain a high level of confidentiality

 Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures, including monitoring and reporting

 Assist with confidential HR or business matters as needed

 Executive Support
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as a liaison between executives and staff, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up
 </li>

 Support the manager in strategic initiatives and ad hoc assignments
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas and reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Take meeting notes, capture key decisions, and track follow-up actions
 </li>

 Task &amp; Workflow Management
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Track and follow up on tasks and action items assigned to different teams to ensure timely execution
 </li>

 Assist in managing legal and compliance workflows and deadlines
 </li>

 Support various executive projects and manage deadlines effectively
 </li>

 Documentation &amp; Communication
 </li>

 Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations for executive review
 </li>

 Assist in the preparation of internal and external communications
 </li>

 Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers and employees
 </li>
 </ul>

 Operational &amp; Administrative Support
 </li>

 Ensure smooth day-to-day communication and workflow
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise and guide team members, including the Senior Office Administrator and Office Manager, overseeing visa applications, medical insurance, procurement, and facilities.

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

 Proactive and adaptable mindset with a problem-solving attitude

Executive Assistant

 We are looking for an organized and efficient Facilities Coordinator to oversee the maintenance and operations of our office environment at Integrant. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that the workplace is safe, functioning smoothly, and conducive to productivity. You will be responsible for coordinating facilities services, managing maintenance requests, and implementing workplace improvement initiatives.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Manage and coordinate the operations of facilities services including cleaning, maintenance
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor the condition of office equipment and systems, reporting any needs for repairs or replacements
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervising cleaning crews and ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all the facilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and supervise external vendors and service providers related to facilities management
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep inventory of office supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor preventive maintenance schedules for air conditioning, electricity, plumbing, and other building systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Track and report on facilities-related budgets and expenditures
 </li>
 <li>
 Engage with employees to gather feedback and identify areas of improvement regarding workplace conditions and services
 
 
 </li>

 Qualifications and Experience:

 2+ years of experience in facilities coordination or management
