Job description:Job SummaryThe Kitchen supervisor will be responsible for the end-to-end management, growth, &amp; profitability of the pastry cloud kitchen. This role combines culinary leadership, operations excellence, cost control, team management, &amp; brand execution to scale production while maintaining premium quality &amp; consistency.Key Responsibilities1. Kitchen &amp; Production Operations<ul><li>Plan and supervise daily production schedules for cakes, pastries, and desserts</li><li>Ensure standard recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines are followed</li><li>Train, Implement and monitor SOPs for cleaning, storage, and food handling.</li><li>Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and local health regulations</li><li>Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and hygiene</li></ul>2. Inventory &amp; Procurement<ul><li>Maintain Inventory Logbook for raw materials, finished goods and packaging materials.</li><li>Maintain a Wastage logbook, recording reasons of wastage and corrective actions.</li><li>Monitor raw material stock levels and place timely purchase orders.</li></ul>Coordinate with suppliers3. Order Management &amp; Delivery Coordination<ul><li>Oversee order processing from online platforms, walk-ins, and B2B clients.</li><li>Support online promotions with food delivery platforms (Talabat, Snoonu, etc.)</li><li>Coordinate with delivery partners to meet with delivery timelines.</li><li>Ensure timely preparation, packing, and dispatch of orders.</li><li>Plan, assign, and manage driver schedules to meet delivery timelines.</li></ul>4. Client Coordination &amp; Customer Support<ul><li>Handle B2B inquiries, quotations, &amp; negotiations in coordination with management.</li><li>Ensure smooth order confirmation, production planning, &amp; delivery coordination.</li><li>Act as the point of contact for B2B clients for repeat orders &amp; feedback.</li><li>Address customer complaints and manage special orders.</li></ul>5. Reporting &amp; Administration<ul><li>Maintain daily sales log of online platforms, walk-ins, and B2B clients.</li><li>Reconcile sales with POS reports and delivery records.</li><li>Submit weekly sales reports for revenue, product-wise performance, and trends.</li><li>Maintain Reconciliation Records &amp; cost tracking.</li><li>Share insights with management to support pricing, promotions, and planning and coordinate with other dept.</li></ul>6. Kitchen Supervisor

*Role Description:We are looking for a competent HVAC Technician with responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various heating and cooling systems for commercial and residential properties.
