About the RoleWe are constructing a stilt + 4 floor residential building and are hiring a Site Civil Engineer to manage daily site execution.You will work directly with the Owner, coordinate contractors and the architect, and take ownership of site progress, quality, and safety.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise daily site work as per drawings and schedule</li><li>Coordinate contractors, architect, and vendors</li><li>Ensure quality workmanship and reduce rework</li><li>Monitor material usage and minimize wastage</li><li>Maintain site safety at all times</li><li>Track progress and report updates via WhatsApp / Excel</li><li>Identify issues early and resolve them proactively</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering</li><li>Minimum 2 years experience as a Site Engineer (residential projects)</li><li>Good knowledge of RCC, masonry, and finishing works</li><li>Able to read drawings independently</li><li>Honest, responsible, and calm under pressure</li></ul>Preferred Candidates<ul><li>Based in Goa, Karnataka, or Maharashtra</li><li>Willing to work full-time on site in Goa</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Direct access to decision-making</li><li>Clear responsibility and authority on execution</li><li>Professional, respectful work environment</li><li>Growth opportunity in upcoming residential projects</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Civil engineering: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
