Job Summary:The Senior Planning Engineer (Mechanical) is responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, progress, and resources to ensure timely and efficient project execution. This role focuses on mechanical works such as piping, static and rotating equipment, HVAC systems, and related installations in oil &amp; gas or industrial projects.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.</li><li>Prepare baseline programs, progress reports, and recovery schedules.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to collect progress data and update the schedule accordingly.</li><li>Analyze critical paths, highlight areas of concern, and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Prepare and present weekly and monthly progress reports, including S-curves and manpower histograms.</li><li>Support in the preparation of project resource planning (manpower, materials, equipment).</li><li>Monitor and report mechanical scope performance, identifying delays and proposing mitigation strategies.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of claims, EOT (Extension of Time), and other contractual reports.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement and subcontracting departments to align schedules with project needs.</li><li>Review engineering and procurement deliverables to ensure alignment with project milestones.</li><li>Ensure planning and reporting activities comply with company and client requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.</li><li>6 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in the oil &amp; gas / EPC / construction industry.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of mechanical construction activities (piping, static/rotating equipment, HVAC).</li><li>Good understanding of project management principles and contractual procedure.</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Oil &amp; Gas: 6 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Doha (Required)</li></ul>

Job SummaryA Scaffolder is responsible for assembling, dismantling, and maintaining scaffolding structures to support construction and maintenance work. Job Summary:The LED Engineer is responsible for designing, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting LED lighting systems used in onshore and offshore oil &amp; gas facilities. This includes ensuring compliance with industrial safety standards, energy efficiency requirements, and operational reliability in harsh environments.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and implement LED lighting systems suitable for hazardous and non-hazardous areas.</li><li>Perform site surveys and prepare lighting layouts, calculations, and technical drawings.</li><li>Select appropriate LED fixtures, drivers, and control systems as per project specifications and explosion-proof standards (ATEX/IECEx).</li><li>Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of LED lighting systems at oil &amp; gas plants, refineries, and offshore platforms.</li><li>Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of LED systems to ensure continuous operation.</li><li>Coordinate with electrical, instrumentation, and HSE teams to ensure safe and efficient lighting system operation.</li><li>Prepare technical reports, documentation, and compliance certificates.</li><li>Evaluate and implement energy-efficient solutions to reduce operational costs and carbon footprint.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 10-15 years of experience in industrial lighting or electrical engineering, preferably in oil &amp; gas.</li><li>Strong knowledge of LED technology, lighting design software (Dialux/Relux), and electrical standards (IEC, NEC).</li><li>Experience with hazardous area classification (Ex-proof lighting).</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in remote or offshore locations.</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: QAR16,000.00 - QAR18,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Oil and Gas: 10 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li></ul>
