Responsibilities &amp; Expectations:</p><p>
Looking for an organized and detail-oriented Electronic Repair Technician who strives to provide unmatched customer experiences to join our production team. The ideal candidate takes pride in repairing electronic products in industrial automation and delivering a quality product. This position requires some Field Service and Control work.
</p><p>The ideal candidate has installation and programming experience, as well as experience repairing items such as variable frequency drives and PLCs.
</p><ul><li>Provides quality installation, inspections, preventative maintenance Variable Frequency Drives</li><li>Install, repair, and perform preventative maintenance to electronic components such as Variable Frequency Drives</li><li>Prepare material and equipment required for each job assignment</li><li>Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Variable Frequency Drives and other equipment at customer sites, maintaining a high level of professionalism
</li><li>Complete and maintain all paperwork associated with service requests</li><li>Oversee and guide the Technician Assistants on the job</li><li>Maintain a clean job site: pick up all tools and equipment and secure job site each day to eliminate potential hazards</li><li>Conduct all activity in a safe manner by adhering to policies and procedures, such as, environmental, OSHA, DOT Hazmat, and warranty</li><li>Must participate and successfully complete all training courses as required by the company</li><li>Lead and enforce safety programs and protocols in compliance with IPS and OSHA standard</li><li>Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks related to schedule, budget, or technical execution</li><li>Apply IPS continuous improvement principles (LEAN/6S, CIPS) to drive efficiency and repeatability in data center projects</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul><p>
Technical Skills:</p><ul><li>ESD work experience</li><li>Basic knowledge of electro/mechanical assemblies</li><li>Electronics background, with understanding of board level components</li><li>Fine pitch soldering skills</li><li>Able to align and join parts such as surface mount components: leads, wires, tabs &amp; terminals with soldering iron and hand/power tools</li><li>Experience using electronic test equipment</li><li>Read and understand technical drawings, data sheets, and written work instructions</li><li>Able to test continuity using ohmmeter or other standard testing equipment</li><li>Able to assist in maintaining quality production standards by repairing defective parts</li><li>Basic computer proficiency</li></ul><p>
Qualifications and Competencies:</p><ul><li>Must have at least 3 years of experience operating a vehicle with a valid, unrestricted driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>5 years&rsquo; experience working in an industrial electrical service repair position preferred
</li><li>Good at developing solutions to equipment operational problems</li><li>Requires foundational knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, technical aptitude, and proficiency in mathematics
</li><li>Strong organizational and customer service skills</li><li>Good verbal and written communications skills</li><li>Safe work practices</li><li>Must be capable of managing projects independently from start to finish while also contributing positively to team dynamics</li><li>Ability and willingness to travel to job sites, do overnight travel, and work nights and weekends, as needed
</li><li>Must be able to comfortably lift up to 75lbs</li></ul><p></p><p><br>

Our hard-working Construction Laborers support our industrial construction projects in the shop and field. This person will perform a variety of construction-related manual labor tasks. Travel to customers in the Western US will be essential for this role.</div><br>

Preparing construction sites, materials, and tools</li><li>
Loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment</li><li>
Removing debris, garbage, and dangerous materials from sites</li><li>
Assembling and breaking down barricades, temporary structures, etc.</li><li>
Assisting craft workers such as electricians, welders and underground utilities with their duties, if needed</li><li>
Transport and operate of heavy machinery and equipment used in construction sites</li><li>
Digging and backfilling trenches</li><li>
Following instructions from construction project managers and supervisors</li><li>
Following all health and safety regulations</li><li>
Successfully completing any required site task or safety training</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Qualifications and Competencies:</b></div><br>

Experience level should be Mid-Level to Experienced specifically in construction</li><li>
Knowledge of processing, placing and compacting fill dirt</li><li>
Knowledge of concrete forming, rebar tying, concrete pouring, screeding and finishing is highly desired</li><li>
Heavy Industrial Construction experience
</li><li>Experience operating backhoes, front end loader and skid steer highly desired</li><li>
No formal qualification is required, but a high school diploma is preferred</li><li>
Handles the physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, kneeling, bending, crouching, pulling, pushing, climbing, and lifting at least 50 pounds</li><li>
Communicates effectively</li><li>
Works well independently and with a team</li><li>
Knows construction math skills, including how to convert quantities and take measurements</li><li>
Driving to job sites is a regular function of this role</li><li>
Must be able to travel in the local area and throughout AZ as needed</li><li>
