Check us out at www.aqua-pt.com or watch this video https://www.aqua-pt.com/#how-it-worksJob Type: Full-time/Part-time as Independent Contractor/1099Essential Functions for Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants:<ul><li>Physical Therapists will evaluate the extent of a patient's disabilities to develop an individualized plan of care.</li><li>Makes patients and their needs a primary focus of one&rsquo;s actions; develops and sustains productive patient relationships.</li><li>Plans aquatic therapy programs and administers treatment to restore body function and strength, relieve pain and prevent disability through the use of various therapeutic techniques, such as exercise programs, facilitation techniques, muscle reeducation, gait training, and utilizing the physical properties of the water.</li><li>Maintains medical record documentation.</li><li>PT supervision of PTA and mentoring guidance.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapy Assistant program.</li><li>Physical Therapy (PT/PTA) license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.</li><li>Requires good organizational and time management skills.</li></ul>Pay: $800.00 - $1,800.00 per weekWork Location: In person

Considers how actions or plans will affect patient; responds quickly to meet patient needs and resolves problems.</li><li>Supervision of PTA and mentoring guidance.</li></ul>Essential Functions:<ul><li>Evaluates the extent of patient&rsquo;s disabilities to determine appropriate treatment programs using a variety of tests, such as manual muscle test, goniometry, functional testing, and gait analysis.</li><li>Plans aquatic therapy programs and administers treatment to restore body function and strength, relieve pain and prevent disability through the use of various therapeutic techniques, such as exercise programs, facilitation techniques, muscle reeducation, gait training, and utilizing the physical properties of the water.</li><li>Provides and demonstrates instruction to the patient.</li><li>Maintains medical record of evaluation, treatment, and progress for each patient.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Graduation from an accredited college or university with a degree in Physical Therapy.</li><li>State Physical Therapy License.</li><li>Demonstrated customer service skills, customer focus abilities and the ability to understand customer needs</li></ul>Pay: $800.00 - $1,800.00 per weekWork Location: In person
