 Overview:
 
 
 
 Join the Global Controllership Incident Management &amp; Prevention team to conduct video identity verifications supporting global finance and cybersecurity processes. Collaborate with AP, AR, and other teams to ensure thorough vetting and improve workflows.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct video calls for identity verification following established guidelines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate across teams to verify information and handle high-value cases.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage a high volume of tickets (300-500+ weekly).
 </li>
 <li>
 Report findings using Power BI, Excel, and other analytics tools.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
 </li>
 <li>
 2-4 years in fraud prevention or identity verification, preferably with video-based verification.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills and experience with KYC processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in Power BI, Excel, Microsoft Office, and familiar with fraud detection tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bilingual skills (Spanish, Italian, German, or French) and fraud prevention certifications are a plus.
 </li>
