<br><div><p>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
</p><ul><li>Teaches and cares using techniques in accordance with National Association for the Education of Young Children Developmentally Appropriate Practice
</li><li>Exchanges daily information with families concerning the needs and progress of each child as well as biannual family conferences
</li><li>Uses appropriate tools to assess individual development and creates lesson plans accordingly
</li><li>Provides a variety of developmentally appropriate activities and materials with increasing difficulty, complexity, and challenge as the children develop
</li><li>Provides nurturance, care and emotional support while complying with Health Department, Department of Human Services and USDA-CACFP
</li><li>Reports to the Manager of Operations and the Director Children's Place
</li><li>Must be able to assume frequent squatting positions including crawling, bending and kneeling at least 50% of the scheduled work time.

</li><li>Health risks include probable exposure to diseases transmitted by oral-fecal route; works in an environment filled with items (toys, small furniture, etc.) providing numerous opportunities for slipping and falling. Exposed to continuous noise up to 90 decibels. Constant exposure to over-crowding and noxious odors. No provision of adult size furniture in classroom. Frequent exposure to outside weather conditions. Changes soiled diapers and clothing on a regular basis.

</li><li>Vocational Certification, CDA or higher education degree preferred
</li><li>Minimum of 6 months experience of formal or DHS licensed group care with ages 0-5 years

</p><ul><li>Oversees one or more of the following functional areas: linen, conference center room set-up and audio-visual equipment, housekeeping, &amp; Patient Assistance Liaisons (PALs)
</li></ul><ul><li>Manages department staff, including hiring, evaluating performance and competency, and conducting disciplinary/counseling sessions as needed
</li></ul><ul><li>Implements strategies, processes, systems, and programs developed to improve the delivery, cost, and quality of services provided
</li></ul><ul><li>Supervises use of chemicals, tools, and equipment for safety and appropriateness
</li></ul><ul><li>Maintains compliance of all regulatory/accreditation requirements
</li></ul><ul><li>Supports Hospitality Operations Manager and/or Director of Hospitality in developing operating and capital budgets; monitors payroll and non-payroll expenses in order to deliver services within budget Reports to assigned leader

</p><ul><li>Collaborates with other areas within the department and other departments to ensure accurate information is collected for appropriate account resolution
</li><li>Communicates with third party payers in developing processes to meet contractual agreements and ensure appropriate reimbursements
</li><li>Communicates with physician offices to resolve issues and with physician contact responsible for the medical review determination of urgency
 </li><li>Communicates with Payors to ensure all prior authorization or pre-determination requirements are met
</li><li>Participates in denials management follow up and collaborates with payer and provider relations department as needed
 </li><li>Reviews, creates, updates and maintains departmental policy and procedure manuals as necessary
</li><li>Manages department staff, including hiring, scheduling, training, evaluating performance and competency, and conducting disciplinary/counseling sessions as needed
</li><li>Monitors and complete accounts from work queues related to registration and billing requirements
</li><li>Achieves specific revenue cycle targets and goals
 </li><li>Utilizes performance improvement process and scorecard feedback to effect change Director Patient Access

</li><li>Knowledge of large main frame computerized information systems and personal computer systems
</li><li>Minimum 1-year experience in leadership role or position
 </li><li>CHAA or CHAM certification preferred
</li><li>Previous experience using medical terminology
</li><li>Previous experience with Microsoft Office
</li><li>Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Verbal/Written)
</li><li>This job requires the incumbents to operate a INTEGRIS owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non-INTEGRIS owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Drivers License</li></ul></div>
