 About the Role
 
 
 
 We are looking for a highly skilled CMS Developer specializing in Shopify and WordPress to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building custom themes, integrating third-party services, optimizing site performance, and delivering pixel-perfect, responsive websites.
 
 
 This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of how modern CMS ecosystems work. The candidate will collaborate with designers, project managers, and backend teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 Shopify Development
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop custom Shopify themes from scratch using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
 </li>
 <li>
 Customize existing themes and create reusable sections/blocks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build custom Shopify Apps (Node.js/Express or PHP) is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Integrate APIs, third-party apps, payment gateways, and webhooks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement Shopify Plus features (Scripts, Flow, Functions, Launchpad).
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize store performance, speed, SEO, and responsiveness.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 WordPress Development
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop custom WordPress themes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg, or other builders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Configure WooCommerce stores, payment gateways, and shipping logic.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build API integrations (REST API, GraphQL).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure WordPress security hardening and site performance optimization.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Cross-Platform CMS Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Convert designs into responsive and mobile-optimized pages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage website migrations between CMS platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility (WCAG standards).
 </li>
 <li>
 Automate workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, or custom integrations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage version control with Git and collaborate using Jira/Asana.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Technical Skills
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong expertise in Shopify Liquid, theme architecture, and Shopify CLI.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with Webflow Designer, CMS, and Interactions 2.0.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience integrating third-party APIs (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, CRMs).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Google Analytics, GTM, FB Pixel, SEO best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of site performance metrics (Core Web Vitals).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Figma/Adobe XD for design handoff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong debugging skills using browser dev tools.
 </li>

 Nice-to-Have Skills

 Experience with Headless Shopify (Next.js / Hydrogen).
