 We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our growing finance team. This role is ideal for a professional with 6 months to 1
 
 
 year of hands-on experience in accounting and financial operations who is ready to take ownership of core finance processes and contribute to accurate financial reporting and business decision-making.
 
 
 As a Finance Executive, you will work closely with senior finance leadership and cross-functional teams, handling day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, reporting, and compliance activities within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities with minimal supervision
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and review invoices, expense reports, payment vouchers, and journal entries
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
 </li>
 <li>
 Support and actively participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate payroll processing, documentation, and related reconciliations
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare basic to intermediate financial reports, summaries, and variance analyses for management
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with internal finance policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with internal departments for financial data, billing confirmations, and cost validations
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist during internal and external audits, ensuring timely availability of required financial information
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify process gaps and support improvements in financial controls and reporting efficiency
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration
 </li>
 <li>
 6 months - 1 year of relevant experience in accounting, finance operations, or bookkeeping
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of accounting principles (journals, ledgers, accruals, reconciliations)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with accounting software (Preferably QuickBooks)
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks independently
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred (Nice to Have):
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience with taxation, payroll, or statutory compliance
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to month-end closing and financial reporting cycles
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Google Sheets and cloud-based finance tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in a services-based or fast-growing organization
 </li>
