The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and integrity of SAP systems across development, testing, and production landscapes.  Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 System installation and configuration: Install, configure, and upgrade SAP software and services in development, test, and production environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Performance monitoring and tuning: Monitor system health, analyze performance issues, and implement optimizations to ensure the SAP landscape runs efficiently
 </li>
 <li>
 Daily maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance tasks, including managing user access, security roles, and system backups
 </li>
 <li>
 Transport management: Administer the SAP transport system to move configuration and development objects between different system landscapes
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshooting and support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system availability and provide technical support to end-users
 </li>
 <li>
 Upgrades and patching: Apply software updates, security patches, and kernel upgrades to keep the system up-to-date and secure
 </li>
 <li>
 Disaster recovery: Support and develop backup, recovery, and high availability/disaster recovery (HA/DR) strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaboration: Work with IT and business teams, functional teams, and other developers to ensure successful project delivery and system integrity

 Required Skills and Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Demonstrated hands-on experience with SAP Basis administration
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of SAP architecture, infrastructure, and components (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA, Solution Manager, PI/PO, BW, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working with databases (e.g., HANA, Oracle, SQL Server) and operating systems (Linux/Unix/Windows)
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of SAP transport system management
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with system performance tuning, optimization, and root cause analysis
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work under minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
 </li>

 Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

 Experience in SAP HANA administration and SAP Solution Manager (SolMan)
 </li>

 Knowledge of SAP security concepts and user authorization management

 Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for SAP system hosting

 We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and guide our existing team of SEO experts, content creators, and designers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including SEO, content strategy, design, and conversion rate optimization (CRO), and be able to connect all the pieces into a cohesive strategy that drives results.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with CRO, A/B testing, user experience optimization, and analytics-driven decision making.

 Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, Screaming Frog, etc.

 Excellent communication skills ability to provide clear, actionable feedback to team members.

 Strategic mindset, capable of connecting marketing efforts to business objectives.
