Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Incharge (Embellishment) to oversee the commercial and operational activities related to printing and embroidery processes outside the factory. The ideal candidate will manage all external vendor coordination for embellishment-related items and ensure timely and cost-effective execution of orders in alignment with production requirements and buyer specifications.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage end-to-end commercial operations related to printing and embroidery, ensuring smooth execution of embellishment processes for a factory of 80-120 machines.</li><li>Review tech packs/tech files and understand buyer requirements for embellishment details, trims, and accessories.</li><li>Coordinate with external vendors for outsourced printing, embroidery, fabric dyeing, knitting, packaging materials, neck labels, poly bags, barcodes, and related accessories.</li><li>Ensure timely material procurement and delivery to maintain production flow and meet shipment deadlines.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, timelines, and quality standards with external vendors while maintaining cost control and compliance with company policies.</li><li>Maintain and track commercial documentation, including purchase orders, delivery challans, invoices, and payment follow-ups.</li><li>Work closely with the production, planning, and quality teams to align embellishment activities with internal manufacturing schedules.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels for fabric and embellishment materials, initiating replenishment as required.</li><li>Ensure all commercial processes and vendor relationships are handled with transparency, efficiency, and adherence to compliance standards.</li><li>Identify and develop new vendor partnerships to enhance capacity, quality, and turnaround time.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelors degree in Commerce, Textile Management, or Supply Chain (MBA preferred).</li><li>4-7 years of experience in commercial operations within textile or garment manufacturing, specifically in embellishment (printing/embroidery).</li><li>Strong understanding of fabric commercial processes including external knitting, dyeing, finishing, and embellishment.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical files (tech packs) and coordinate execution as per buyer requirements.</li><li>Hands-on experience in vendor management, costing, and order tracking.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems for commercial data tracking.</li><li>Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive compensation and benefits package.</li><li>Opportunity to work in a fast-paced production environment with leading apparel brands.</li><li>Supportive team culture with growth and learning opportunities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Batch Auditor with hands-on expertise in cotton knits (hoodies, sweatshirts, t-shirts). The role involves ensuring that garment production batches meet client quality standards before final packaging, using both physical samples and technical documentation (Tech Packs).The Senior Batch Auditor acts as a key link between the Quality Control (QC) team and the packaging process, ensuring only approved garments move forward.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Evaluate garment batches (e.g., hoodies, sweatshirts, t-shirts) for stitching, measurements, trims, embroidery, and overall quality.</li><li>Review physical samples provided by clients and Tech Pack documents for benchmarking against production quality.</li><li>Conduct random sampling inspections (2030%) from each production batch (e.g., 500 pieces per batch from a 5,000-piece order).</li><li>Approve or reject batches based on compliance with quality standards before they are sent for packaging.</li><li>Document findings and maintain clear reporting of quality checks.</li><li>Collaborate with the Quality Control team to highlight recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3+ years of experience in garment quality control or auditing, preferably in cotton knits.</li><li>Strong knowledge of garment construction, trims, embroidery, and measurement specifications.</li><li>Ability to read and understand basic English for interpreting Tech Pack documents.</li><li>Keen eye for detail, with strong analytical and decision-making skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-driven Data Entry Specialist with MRP experience to manage material resource planning data across production, procurement, and inventory. The role involves handling large datasets, ensuring accuracy in MRP entries, and generating insights for procurement and production teams.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Enter and maintain accurate MRP-related data for raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods.</li><li>Use Microsoft Excel to build dashboards, track vendor supplies, and monitor material usage trends.</li><li>Analyze and report on material availability vs. vendor deliveries using Excel formulas and data analysis.</li><li>Apply VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and linked sheets for efficient material tracking and reporting.</li><li>Support procurement team in ensuring timely replenishment of required materials.</li><li>Assist production teams with accurate data on available materials to avoid shortages or delays.</li><li>Ensure compliance with companys MRP and data accuracy standards.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience working with Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems.</li><li>Strong expertise in MS Excel (dashboards, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, formulas).</li><li>Ability to analyze and present data clearly to support decision-making.</li><li>Understanding of procurement, vendor management, and inventory planning.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
