This paid position is perfect for someone eager to grow their career in office management and administrative support.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage front desk duties including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette</li><li>Handle data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and paper-based, ensuring easy retrieval of documents</li><li>Support calendar management and scheduling for team members and executives</li><li>Assist with bookkeeping tasks and perform basic financial record keeping</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and supporting client needs</li><li>Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and managing office supplies</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Must be bilingual to serve diverse client needs</li><li>Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry tools</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively</li><li>Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette</li><li>Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic bookkeeping principles</li><li>Previous experience in roles such as medical or dental receptionist, personal assistant, or front desk is a plus</li><li>Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism</li><li>Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading and data accuracy</li></ul>Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in office support!
