As a Porter, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and curb appeal of retail shopping centers across the metroplex.Schedule: <ul><li>Full Time: 5 days per week - including 1 weekend day</li><li>Part Time: 3 days or 4 days per week</li></ul>Hours: 6:00am to 2:00pm-4:00pm. End time depends on route completion.Essential Job Functions: <ul><li>Lead and complete daily assigned route of 8&ndash;10 retail shopping centers</li><li>Sweep and operate backpack blower to remove cigarette butts, litter, and debris from storefronts, sidewalks, and parking areas</li><li>Replace trash can liners and wipe down trash can lids along storefronts</li><li>Clean and maintain dumpster enclosures; remove excessive waste as needed</li><li>Remove cobwebs from building canopies, entryways, and light fixtures</li><li>Conduct visual inspections of properties for cleanliness and safety hazards</li><li>Safely operate company vehicle between assigned locations</li><li>Utilize GPS-equipped tablet to follow route schedule and confirm service completion</li><li>Ensure all assigned properties meet company quality standards before leaving site</li><li>Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and supplies</li><li>Operate company vehicle throughout DFW Metroplex</li></ul>Qualifications, Education, and Experience:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li><li>Valid government-issued ID required.</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license preferred with a clean driving record</li><li>Ability to pass a background check</li><li>Experience operating small equipment (blower, basic cleaning tools) preferred</li><li>Prior experience in porter services, groundskeeping, janitorial, facilities and grounds maintenance, or similar outdoor labor role preferred</li></ul>Physical Demands:<ul><li>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6&ndash;8+ hours daily)</li><li>Frequent bending, lifting, reaching, pushing, and pulling</li><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly</li><li>Ability to enter and exit company vehicle multiple times per day</li><li>Ability to operate company vehicle throughout DFW Metroplex (including highways) in all weather conditions</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, wind)</li></ul>Working Conditions:<ul><li>Primarily outdoor work environment at retail shopping centers</li><li>Exposure to weather conditions including heat, humidity, cold, rain, and wind</li><li>Exposure to dust, debris, and occasional unpleasant odors (e.g., dumpster areas)</li><li>Early morning start time (6:00 AM)</li><li>Travel between locations throughout shift</li><li>May require occasional weekend or schedule adjustments based on client needs</li></ul>Benefits: &middot; 1 week of paid vacation after 1-year anniversary&middot; 2 weeks of paid vacation after 5-year anniversary&middot; 6 paid holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, 4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day.- Eligible after 90 days&middot; Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance -1st of the month following 60 day waiting period.Integrity Porter &amp; Services is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.Job Type: Full-timePay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Richardson, TX 75081 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
