This is a part-time seasonal position ideal for a dependable painter who takes pride in quality workmanship and can work efficiently to meet turnover schedules.<br>

Position Responsibilities:<br>
Prepare surfaces for painting, including patching, sanding, and caulking<br>
Paint interior walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and common areas<br>
Match paint colors and finishes as needed<br>
Complete apartment turn projects within required timelines<br>
Maintain a clean and safe work environment<br>
Communicate effectively with supervisors and maintenance staff<br>
Qualifications:<br>

Previous professional painting experience required<br>
Experience with apartment turns, residential painting, or property maintenance preferred<br>
Knowledge of painting tools, techniques, and surface preparation<br>
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively<br>
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred<br>
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor<br>
