Overview of this position's responsibilities:<ul><li>
Customer Purchase Orders: Efficiently handle customer purchase orders, from preparation to review and routing.</li><li>
Shipment Oversight: Monitor shipments, tracking costs, and timelines, while ensuring all necessary import paperwork is generated.</li><li>
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing logistics team, providing mentorship and guidance to foster professional growth.</li><li>
Staff Scheduling: Maintain staffing levels and communicate daily route changes.</li><li>
Driver Support: Address driver inquiries and provide guidance to resolve issues effectively.</li><li>
Inventory Management: Oversee wine inventory, inbound and outbound logistics, and implement controls to prevent errors or damage.</li><li>
Order Fulfillment: Prepare, pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately.</li><li>
Auditing: Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li><li>
Physical Requirements: This role may involve physical activities such as climbing, bending, stooping, and kneeling, as well as assisting with palletizing large orders.</li></ul>
