Over the past two decades, we have earned our expertise in financial technology, executing on hundreds of complex integrations and co-creating new digital asset platforms alongside our clients.We are seeking an experienced and proactive DevOps Engineer with extensive experience in Azure to join our team.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support developers with project delivery and infrastructure-related needs.</li><li>Perform IT infrastructure tasks, including Linux and Windows server administration.</li><li>Assist in migrating systems to the cloud and maintain existing cloud assets.</li><li>Manage software releases across multiple environments.</li><li>Execute and support run activities related to infrastructure assets.</li><li>Set up and review monitoring solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices in observability, incident response, and reliability engineering.</li><li>Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.</li><li>Leads the transition of workloads from a cloud provider to Azure, including infrastructure-as-code and observability tooling.</li></ul>Technical skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical experience.</li><li>Proficiency Azure cloud services (AWS is a plus).</li><li>Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools such as Terraform.</li><li>Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.</li><li>Experience in implementing security best practices for infrastructure, secrets management, and automated scanning.</li><li>Experience in monitoring and optimising cloud resource usage to control costs and ensure scalability (FinOps).</li><li>Experience in supporting high-availability and disaster recovery configurations for critical infrastructure.</li><li>Experience with CI/CD platforms such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar.</li><li>Scripting and automation skills such as Bash, Python, or similar.</li></ul>Nice to have:<ul><li>Knowledge about DLT, and specifically in Hyperledger Besu or Canton.</li><li>Solid networking knowledge (e.g., TCP/IP, firewalls, DNS).</li><li>Familiarity with Datadog.</li></ul>Soft skills:<ul><li>Great communication in English.</li><li>Ability to work autonomously and in direct collaboration with a Client.</li><li>A proactive and collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.</li></ul>We guarantee:<ul><li>Excellent compensation and benefits package including medical insurance and sports activities.</li><li>International experience in a stable company: the company has offices in Antwerp, Lisbon, Krakow, Kyiv, New York and operates on the market for over 15 years.</li><li>Passionate team in an innovative casual, positive, and open work environment ready to meet your new ideas.</li><li>Great opportunities for personal and professional development as well as the chance to change the way the business works in the financial world.</li><li>Work where you're most productive: remote, in-office, or hybrid options available.</li></ul>Join us to make an impact on the entire financial world!Job Type: Full-timePay: $300.00 - $500.00 per dayWork Location: Hybrid remote in New York, NY 10040
