This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about making a meaningful difference in young lives while leading a dedicated team.Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise daily center operations to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to safety protocols</li><li>Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management to promote a motivated and professional team</li><li>Maintain compliance with all licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and accreditation requirements</li><li>Coordinate curriculum implementation that supports early childhood education, preschool activities, and developmental milestones</li><li>Foster strong relationships with parents and guardians through clear communication and responsive service</li><li>Manage enrollment processes, billing, and recordkeeping related to childcare services</li><li>Ensure the center provides a nurturing environment conducive to infant care, toddler care, and preschool learning experiences</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in childcare settings with classroom experience in early childhood education or preschool environments</li><li>Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in daycare management</li><li>Ability to lead and manage a team with effective classroom management and behavior management skills</li><li>First aid certification and experience with emergency response procedures</li><li>Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs; knowledge of special education strategies is a plus</li><li>Excellent organizational skills for handling administrative tasks such as licensing compliance, documentation, and scheduling</li><li>Compassionate caregiver with experience in babysitting, nannying or caregiving roles involving infants, toddlers, or young children</li></ul>Join us to lead a caring team dedicated to nurturing young minds!
