We combine advanced data observability, AI orchestration, and contextual intelligence to power smarter, faster, and more trusted decision-making across organizations.We are now seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to accelerate our brand visibility, pipeline velocity, and go-to-market expansion across global markets.Role OverviewThe Growth Marketing Lead will own the end-to-end growth strategy, from awareness to acquisition to retention &mdash; driving measurable impact across pipeline generation, demand acceleration, and brand differentiation.This is a high-impact role at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and revenue operations, ideal for a data-driven marketer passionate about scaling AI and B2B SaaS businesses.You&rsquo;ll lead growth campaigns, performance marketing, content strategy, and community engagement that position Intellectyx.ai as a thought leader in AI-native, agentic, and data observability ecosystems.Key Responsibilities1. Growth Strategy &amp; Execution<ul><li>Develop and execute an integrated growth marketing strategy that spans paid, organic, and partnership channels.</li><li>Drive full-funnel campaigns from brand awareness to conversion across digital platforms (LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Meta).</li><li>Define and manage marketing OKRs focused on MQL &rarr; SQL &rarr; Pipeline acceleration.</li><li>Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align campaigns with revenue and product adoption goals.</li></ul>2. Demand Generation &amp; Performance Marketing<ul><li>Lead demand generation initiatives using ABM, retargeting, and content-driven nurture sequences.</li><li>Build and manage digital acquisition programs using Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and intent-based platforms.</li><li>Optimize campaign performance through continuous A/B testing, data analysis, and conversion rate optimization.</li><li>Partner with RevOps to ensure CRM and marketing automation systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo) deliver accurate attribution and insights.</li></ul>3. Brand, Positioning &amp; Content Leadership<ul><li>Shape and elevate the Intellectyx.ai brand voice across digital, social, and partner ecosystems.</li><li>Drive the creation of high-impact thought leadership content &mdash; whitepapers, case studies, videos, and webinars &mdash; in partnership with Product Marketing and Design.</li><li>Leverage AI tools for automated campaign insights, dynamic content generation, and predictive targeting.</li><li>Support PR, analyst relations, and speaking engagements to strengthen the company&rsquo;s position in the AI-native and observability markets.</li></ul>4. Analytics, Insights &amp; Experimentation<ul><li>Define and monitor key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, MQL quality, campaign ROI).</li><li>Use Google Analytics, HubSpot, and AI-driven dashboards for performance tracking and reporting.</li><li>Build growth experiments using data science and generative AI insights to predict campaign impact.</li><li>Own regular reporting on marketing performance, pipeline health, and ROI to leadership.</li></ul>5. Leadership &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Manage cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering to align growth initiatives.</li><li>Mentor a team of digital marketers, content strategists, and data analysts.</li><li>Represent the marketing function in strategic planning and GTM leadership discussions.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>8+ years of experience in B2B or SaaS marketing, with at least 3+ years in a growth or performance marketing leadership role.</li><li>Proven track record of scaling pipeline and revenue growth in a high-tech or AI company.</li><li>Strong understanding of multi-channel demand generation, digital acquisition, and data-driven marketing.</li><li>Expertise in:</li><li>Platforms: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo</li><li>Analytics: Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio</li><li>AI Tools: ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, HubSpot AI, or custom LLM-based insights</li><li>Channels: SEO, SEM, Paid Social, ABM, Email Automation</li><li>Excellent storytelling, analytical thinking, and communication skills.</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Experience marketing AI-native, data, or observability platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with enterprise SaaS go-to-market motions and long-cycle B2B sales funnels.</li><li>Background in content marketing, partner co-marketing, and thought leadership initiatives.</li><li>Hands-on use of AI-assisted marketing orchestration tools and growth analytics dashboards.</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for experimentation and iteration.</li><li>Strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.</li><li>Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills across global teams.</li></ul>Why Intellectyx<ul><li>Be part of a pioneering company shaping the AI-native enterprise era.</li><li>Work with leadership across Digital, Data, AI, and Cloud domains.</li><li>Competitive salary, performance bonuses, stock options, and global exposure.</li><li>Opportunity to define how AI and human creativity combine to drive business growth.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;200,830.62 - &#8377;400,348.98 per month
