Business Analyst

<p></p><div><div><div><p>The Senior Developer is responsible to analyze existing applications at IDOH and building new web applications. The developer will work with the project manager, other developers, business analysts, and functional team members on the project activities.
</p><p><b>Essential Duties / Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Responsible for completing project assignments and participating in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design.</li><li>

We are implementing Workday HCM for 70,000 state employees, replacing PeopleSoft HCM. This resource would supplement project business analysis support for Talent (Recruiting and Performance), Compensation, Benefits, and/or Core HR functions.</li><li>
While the intent may be a long-term tenure, this position is subject to annual budget restrictions. The initial contract is through the end of this fiscal year and is anticipated to be renewed July 1st.</li></ul><p><b>
