<div><div><div>VDOT is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer. The ideal candidate will be skilled and experienced in Microsoft&rsquo;s Power Platform, to include Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse. 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement &ndash; Dynamics 365 Customer Service module.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, development, deployment, and usage.</li><li>
Aid in the requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, implementation, testing, and support of Microsoft Power Platform solutions.</li><li>
Design, develop new web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, Power Platform (Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and C#.</li><li>
Strong experience with troubleshooting and remediation of technical issues Dynamics 365 issues; document solutions, and work with system administrators and other IT resources to implement fixes.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of Microsoft&rsquo;s licensing model for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.</li><li>
Adhere to best practices when implementing business solutions and define/refine a governance approach for the platform&rsquo;s use at VDOT.</li><li>
Develop and disseminate documentation (requirements, recommendations, technical analysis, etc.) on platform usage.</li><li>
Prepare mockups/prototypes based on requirements and use knowledge of Power Platform features/tools to offer solutions that meet business needs.</li><li>
Function as a liaison between IT and the business units; serve as a point of contact for issue logging, tracking, and resolution.</li><li>
Assist customers in discerning between Dynamics 365/PowerApps/Power Automate and other technology offerings when gathering requirements; identify efficient solutions and recommend alternatives to meet business needs.</li><li>
Contribute to improving our processes and policies within the Business Enablement Services program.</li><li>
Preferred Experience with Devops in Power Platform (Power Pipelines/ALM Accelerator)</li><li>

Experience as a D365 Technical Lead Required 5 Years</li><li>
Experience with creating and managing of solution using Dynamics 365 Customer Service. Required 8 Years</li><li>
Experience with customization and implementation of Forms, Views, Plug-Ins, Workflows and BPFs in D365 Required 8 Years</li><li>
Custom development experience using .Net, JavaScript and C# Required 5 Years</li><li>
Experience with Power Platform and Dataverse Required 3 Years</li><li>
Experience with using standard &amp; premium connectors with PowerApps and Power Automate Required 3 Years</li><li>
Experience with DevOps in Power Platform/D365 Environments Desired 2 Years</li><li>
Experience with Data Integrations and Migrations using ADF &amp; SSIS Packages Desired 5 Years</li></ul>
